I never thought I’d be an e-bike person, but I am so glad I gave the Heybike a chance. First, they made it easy to assemble. Second, the bike itself: the pedal-assist power is a total game changer—I get to enjoy the fresh air, stay active, and actually keep up without feeling like I’m struggling to catch my breath. The built-in safety features give me real peace of mind, too. The headlamp, taillights, and even the turn signals make me feel so much more visible and confident on the road (plus they’re cute!) And the ride itself? Honestly, surprisingly comfortable. The fat tires soak up bumps, and the cushy seat makes longer rides a breeze. I’m absolutely loving my new Heybike—it’s opened up a whole new way for me to enjoy being outside.

Im New at E-Bikes , but this bike takes it. It has everything a person needs. It has comfort, accessorys, and reliability. Friends came over and neatness to say, they ended up buying 2 of them for themselves . Very good quality

The bike came well packed with every tool to put it together. It went together quickly. I tried out the folding mechanism and it worked well. I won’t use that often. In the few days I’ve had it I have received a lot of compliments “great looking bike”. It is easy to use and I love the full color display. I’m very happy with this purchase. Great value for the price!

I honestly chose this bike because it was one of two that they actually had in the store. I liked the heavy-duty frame because I've been hit on my E-scooter by a car, so I wanted a sturdy bike, and it has a great headlight! It keeps a charge really well, and this is a huge improvement over the e-scooter. The front wheel and headlight were a bit difficult to assemble. I highly recommend this e-bike to anyone wanting a great e-bike for a great price then this bikes is for YOU!

I have thoroughly enjoyed this purchase. It is great on hills and trails. I am retired and have a new hobby/passion! Interest free for 12 months!

I bought this eBike (Ranger S 2.0) for my wife for her birthday and an early Christmas present. She absolutely loves it. She loved the retro look, but most importantly, she loves how fun and easy it is to ride anywhere with ease. She said this gave her a reason to spend more time with the kids out on the trails & that everyone needs one of these! I have the HeyBike Mars 2.0 & love mine as well!

We picked one of these up in the store and liked it so much we ordered another one! It was easy to assemble and the fat tires make it incredibly stable and fun to ride. The electric assist is great for us seniors. We’re excited to take them to the beach in the near future!

This is mynsecond Hey Bike purchase. This Best buy exclusive the Ranger 2.0 not only looks sharp, but the new and improved screen is a nice touch. Lotsnof pwer, smooth ride, and who could complain aboutbthe convenience of the bike being foldable.
