I bought this for camping and riding trails. It comes packaged very well and with all the tools needed to assemble what little you have too. You put the front tire on, handle bars, seat, fenders with lights, and the pedals. Charge the battery and you're good to go! I gave 4 stars because my shipment was mixed up as i had bought a Mars for my wife at the same time and they mixed the shipments up, so i didn't know if i was getting 2 of the same bike. Do better BestBuy!

Everything arrived in a large box. The assembly instructions were online. The front hydraulic brake spacer had fallen off during shipping and I needed to spread the brake out manually with a couple of wedges. There's still some rubbing when riding, so some more adjustment of the brakes will need to take place. The cover for the charging port was crooked and needed realignment. The mag rims are pretty sharp. They sliced my hand and lock cover when securing the bike for the first time. The bike is a joy to ride. I'm 6'2 and adjusted the bike easily for my size. This bike handles the hills in my area with ease. It is easy to hit the automatic light button and have them stay on overnight. I wish the Heybike app included some additional security measures that their competitors have. I wish the app integrated with Apple Fitness.

I just got my new Heybike Ranger S delivered by Bestbuy. It came in a well protected box, and the assembly was very easy to do myself. I laid the box on it’s side, slid the bike out. I turned the upside down resting on the rear rack, enabling the front wheel assembly so easy. No damage to the bike at all, the Hydraulic brakes worked perfectly, and all 7 gears shifted perfectly. The only thing I noticed was compared to a torque senor, the cadense style sensor brings on the power rather abrutly. Might take some people a little time to adjust. Love all the lights, brake lights and turn signals and the perfect horn. You rarely see a 4amp charger on a bike in this price class, making recharging much quicker.

The bike provides great value, specially if on sale. The range is good but I doubt is as advertised. I would say more in the realm of 25mi top. It's easy to fold but keep in mind how high is your trunk because this bike is heavy and uncomfortable to lift. I took 1 star because the app which is needed to set the step speeds and final top speed is finicky. Great investment if you commute close distances daily. I use it daily to go to work.

Good value, fast enough, robust built quality. Step through design is user friendly. A few nits-seat, handlebars too far away, gearing too short.

Hey Bike has issues. Battery last 6 miles and handlebars are lose and will cause injury. If you call or email in to the manufacure for support, they will tell ypu to “get use to the defect” and since you pur hase from Best Buy then there is nothing than be done. All work must be competed by “Hey Bike Employee” or the warranty is void. They sent me an email saying they would cover all issues, but when enquired on how to get reimbursed. I was told that emails was for Amazon Customers. Since I purchased from Best Buy, i ciuple pay for shipping of parts but when i put thr parts on myself the warranty was void. 88 days from purchase and no support. I have total tech, but it doesnt cover ebikes, so no help.

What a crazy fun bike. Lots of power, easy to assemble. Very sturdy and a nice comfortable ride.

I love this electric bike. It was definitely a good buy. Its almost a cross between a bike and a scooter. It feels like a scooter because its heavy! Highly reccomend this one, as I have a Hey Bike Cityscape bike.

Wow ! Love this bad boy. Lots of power, smooth ride, battery last a long time as well. It's easy to fold, and makes it way easier to travel with.

I recommend this bike for personal use, because if you want to use it for delivery, the battery is not durable, and the brand indicates that it travels 55 miles, when in reality it only reaches 40 miles, regarding the rest everything is fine.

The blinkers! This is perfect for us shorties! Im 5'1" and have a difficult time to find a bike that allows me to reach the ground

After first ride the horn began to go on while bike was off. Then it started to go off while riding bike. It only turned off when battery was removed. Called customer service and they gave me the run around.

Good quality look great and feel safe I recommended to anyone that once to have a nice ride and look good on it

Awesome, really like it after several months doing some research I decided to go for the Heybike and I have to say I have no regrets

Its a great bike fun and with the trailer we attached to the back makes it easy to take the kids
