Bike looks exactly like the pictures, set up in 15 minutes. Everything came undamaged and even a week earlier then estimated delivery day. Set up is explained and everything is labeled, tools are provided. I live in CT this bike came from a warehouse in NJ- now for my biggest problem, no BAFANG label anywhere on the electric motor (ive watched hours of reviews for this bike in anticipation) all models i saw had a bafang symbol on the electric motor. No clue what brand they use now, also this is not a 9 SPEED as shown and described it is a 7 SPEED not even the same brand they claim. Very misleading best buy description. Will re review after longer use.

The bike shreds through any terrain and has a long battery life if you use it responsibly with pedal assist but with just straight power, it would go up to 40 miles. But with pedal assist, you can go farther. Great starter E bike runs great but it’s humongous so good luck trying to fit it into a smaller car.

There's a lot of reasons to love the hiboy ebike. From the thick tires, petal assist and easy to put together, I could see myself recommending this bike to anyone.
