The bike shreds through any terrain and has a long battery life if you use it responsibly with pedal assist but with just straight power, it would go up to 40 miles. But with pedal assist, you can go farther. Great starter E bike runs great but it’s humongous so good luck trying to fit it into a smaller car.

Bike looks exactly like the pictures, set up in 15 minutes. Everything came undamaged and even a week earlier then estimated delivery day. Set up is explained and everything is labeled, tools are provided. I live in CT this bike came from a warehouse in NJ- now for my biggest problem, no BAFANG label anywhere on the electric motor (ive watched hours of reviews for this bike in anticipation) all models i saw had a bafang symbol on the electric motor. No clue what brand they use now, also this is not a 9 SPEED as shown and described it is a 7 SPEED not even the same brand they claim. Very misleading best buy description. Will re review after longer use.

My first e bike and I love it. It wasn't my first choice but it was $700 cheaper and the only bike on the website that was on sale during the Black Friday and Cyber Monday. There's a lot of reasons to love the hiboy ebike. From the thick tires, petal assist and easy to put together, I could see myself recommending this bike to anyone.

I recently purchased an e-bike, and I couldn't be happier with my decision! The assembly process was a breeze everything was clearly labeled, and had my son riding in no time. Not only is it functional, but the design is also fantastic! It looks sleek and modern, drawing compliments from everyone. I highly recommend it to anyone considering making the switch to an electric bike!

Perfect ebike/mountain bike that you can ride like a real bike with out the electric motor

What a great purchase for the price. This electric bike rides so smooth. I have no complaints other than my headlight not working ( Highboy sent a new light out ) and the bike having some scratches on the frame. But riding wise the bike rides amazing.

This item is described very incorrectly. Im not mad at the bike, but im mad at BESTBUY and whoever listed this pathetic product. I wanted a fast bike for $1k not a slow bike for $1k. The process of trying to return this order is like me running for president, its impossible. I am very unsatisfied and if i can take legal action about this, i will. Product is listed “9speed” and only is 7. Product is listed “28mph” and only goes 20. I was basically robbed of $1k, i dont want this bike bro. Why is any electronics non-returnable… being that its ridiculously expensive. OMG i am so mad right now.

I originally bought this bike for my son. We have never had electric bikes before. I did some research online and this bike seemed to be exactly what we needed, and due to deal of the day both bikes were purchased for under $1,000. I'm very impressed with everything from how the bike handles to the smooth acceleration, how the bike tackles rough Terrain. I'll weigh 230 lb and up a greater than 20% incline I can obtain 20 mph and on a flat surface 28. 5 mph. The pedal assist is great and the fact that you don't have to use pedal assist or worry about gears at any point with the twist throttle this bike is everything that I had hoped for. It is a great addition to our family for fun outdoor activities so with that being said I bought myself one so me and my five children can have fun together. I also have the total Tech service through Best Buy. This bike is highly recommended and I would say specifically for beginners because my family and I are beginners when it comes to electric bikes however riding motorcycles throughout my life I just have to Simply put it I'm impressed with the quality of the bike and it's capabilities. Also forgot to mention that the battery life is awesome and performs as advertised without disappointment.

This E-Bike exceeded my expectations! the battery life is incredible and it had zero problem going up a rather step cliff for 29 minutes on full throttle! Never once had an issue, and wouldn't even have to charge the battery after each ride. The suspension is excellent and adjustable to your preference. No need to check out the other bikes because this is what your are looking for in every aspect. It also reaches 28mph with no problem and there is. o need to pedal if youbdo not want to. If so, you can turn off the engine and use it as a regular bicycle! Inwoukd rate this product a 9 out of ten!

The HiBoy P6 is our first electric bikes for my wife and I. The delivery was quick and the assembly of the bike itself was very easy. The wife absolutely loves her new bike. We plan on using it this summer for long rides. Would have given it a 5 Star Rating if it had come with better brakes than the mechanical ones (knew that when I ordered them) but overall, we are loving our new bikes.

Absolutely love my HiBoy P6 Electric Bike! This thing is a beast. The 750W motor gives it plenty of power for quick acceleration and strong hill climbing, easily reaching 28 mph. The fat tires and front suspension make it super stable and comfortable on both city streets and light trails. Battery easily gives me 40+ miles per charge with mixed riding, and it was surprisingly easy to assemble right out of the box. For the price, the HiBoy P6 offers outstanding performance, build quality, and fun. Perfect for commuting or weekend adventures. Highly recommend!

I give this four stars because the bike is a seven speed not a nine speed and the battery isnt as good as i had hoped but is as described if you pedal and keep ot at about 20 mph it will go quite a ways. The good thing is you can still make it home if the battery dies because of still being able to pedal with no juice. Please make sure you seat the tire on the rim as i did not and ended up getting two flat tires before i noticed this needed to be done correctly. Inflate to about eighty percent and spin the tire until it seats on the room. Youre going to need to give it a little help just make sure its seated and sealed up. Great bike just a couple points i was concerned about.

Very reliable but be sure to keep tire patches and a spare inner tube. Realistically will go 15-20 miles full throttle with pedaling.
