Honestly beyond my expectations. It is a very sturdy and heavy keyboard. It definitely is beyond for what I paid for and very happy with the quality of the keyboard. Sleek and Responsive

I have never had a keyboard like this. I actually have had the same keyboard for the past 7-8 years, until it started giving me issues these past few weeks. This keyboard is such a difference, both in size and feel, that I regret not picking up a HIGROUND product before. So many friends of mine have recommended but I was always hesitant due to mine working just fine. What a difference these switches make. I can just feel a responsiveness to my presses that I never have had before. 5/5, will take a bit of getting used to the size, but now I have a portable and stylish keyboard to take with me wherever I go. Plus, it just looks so sleek and I have space on my desk to move around for comfort now!

  • The keyboard stopped working, it was able to connect but no buttons worked, I tried a different cable, usb port, and different computer, the software told me that the firmware needed an update, but the update has failed over 30x, what do I do

I had the same problem after a couple weeks. Go on the website download the firmware they have there. If you can connect an other keyboard through the update and restart you computer and then when turn on again reconnect the keyhboard
