High quality, sturdy, no assembly required. I had mine shipped; it arrived quickly and was ready to go out of the box. I previously owned one of those cheaper file cabinets that are lighter and need the handles attached and always tried to tip over when you opened the drawer. File cabinets were just what we needed and at a reasonable price. Both arrived earlier than expected.

I ordered the cabinet online, the drawers came locked with no keys. I calles best buy customer service told me should be somewhere in inside the package, but there was no keys any manual, just cabinet. They told me they gonna pick it up and send me a replacement. After few days, I got replacement with the same issue, just cabinet with drawers locked and no keys. This time I have to go to best buy by myself and return it. Every time I got the package, I bring it upstairs by myself and open it and when I see there is no keys, I have to put it inside the package and bring it downstairs again. It cause me a lot of headach and pain. The worst order I evere had. Whoever is packing this product, they have to tell them to include the keys because drawers can not be opened by itself!
