A: Open Settings. Click Remote & Accessories. The tv will either automatically scan for a device or click add accessory. When you see “searching for accessories” on the screen, click and hold the button on your Hisense remote with the 3 horizontal lines. Hold until the light on the remote comes on. Then you can pair. This helped me be able to use Google Assistant. Before when I clicked the Google Assistant button, nothing happened. And when I would clicked the microphone icon on the screen, nothing happened. Finally a solution! Hope this helps!
