My experience with the Geek Squad was excellent. The 3 J’s — Jr., James and Jesse were perfect. They were very professional explained what they were going to do before the installation and showed me how to operate the TV. They were very patient and took time to answer all of my questions. While they were here Jessie did the trouble shooting on my TV downstairs. Jessie is very talented. I am so pleased with the service I received and Jr. was just perfect. I really enjoyed them. There’s not enough words to explain how please I am with the service I received.

Craig is the BEST! Knew exactly what the problem was with my TV. Fixed it in less than 5 minutes. Apparently while I was away from home there was a short power outage. This interrupted the streaming service. Although I was able to restart my older bedroom tv the new Sony in the living room would not restart. Craig showed me that this tv has its own restart button! Once that was pushed in the back of the tv it began the restart sequence.

I was skeptical of service but boy was i wrong. Both personnel showed up on time, wore shoe sleeves, asked for positioning and centering on the wall and performed installation efficiently. I was surprised that american service is so friendly and professional. Thabk you and i asked for second installtion for the second tv for another date. However new tv is now overtaken by our kids...

So far installation, everything is working good. It might be my appliance is the 1st time they have installed. They did a good job! Easy to deal with in terms if they see any problems with my kitchen outlets design. They stayed till everything installed properly.

The tech representative was on time and efficient. He asked for an explanation of the problem with my Arlo security system. He followed up with his approach to solving the problem. My Arlo security system was successfully restored in less than one hour! The tech rep was very knowledgeable and helpful in resolving my issue.

I recently decided to discontinue the services of my latest Cable Provider, which had been providing TV, WiFi, Cell Phone, and Land Line services (as the result of being the "Last Man Standing" following a series of mergers and acquisitions of the previous carriers with whom I had previously done business). Sudden change such as "cutting the cord" can bring with it a number of problems. Best Buy's sales & Service staff helped me & my family deal with 4 separate TVs using WiFi streaming Roku devices, networking & syncing several computers, and their Geek Squad was always available to help when I quickly got out of my depth.

The guy from Best Buy set up my tv. It works really well. He did a very good job with it. I love Best Buy they are so helpful no matter what you do whether you’re in the store or at home.
The Geek Squad very professional. Brought in product. Set up confirmed all working well. Cleaned up. Demoed product and trained me how to use.

Lightning struck and our TV went out and would not come back on. Corey and Dory found that it was a faulty extension cord. They added a surge protector and a new extension cord and it has worked perfectly since then.

I am a long term member of the Geek Squad service program, and it has always been well worth it. My request this time was to connect my Google Fiber remote to the sound receiver and TV that I purchased previously. It was not an easy thing to do, but the Geek Squad Tech figured it out, and my wife and I now have great surround sound with the integrated remote.
