Good medium size cooler but terrible warranty dept
We liked this Honeywell evaporative cooler. It is a convenient size, not too bulkly or heavy and easy to roll about. The air flow can be felt up to ten feet or so and it holds enough water for about half-day. The controls and displays are simple and easy. Unfortunately after about four months use the water stopped circulating to the element rendering it just fan. Honeywell warranty response was the most evasive and un-helpful I've ever dealt with and I eventually gave up. Although they did respond, they insisted on perfect photos of the unit tags in addition to the receipt, model/serial numbers and detailed description. The reflective backing of the ID tags makes photos difficult and they would not accept the best I could obtain from many attempts. I will never buy a Honeywell product again. After four months of use it goes in the trash.

Not worth the headache
It’s an over glorified fan. Will not drop the degrees in a room at all. The fan doesn’t blow much so you need natural air. Just get an industrial sized fan for the same price it’s about the same.

Love this thing
It is not an a/c. First understand that. It needs a window slightly open for draft and will cool the air in the room with water you put into the water tank. It’s a super glorified fan but it works very well in small rooms. My bedroom is not air conditioned but this thing makes my room feel comfortable. Only issue is the water needs filled up almost daily and it takes a decent amount of water.
