Q: Does this unit come with a hose?
A: yes, about 40 inches long. The unit must be level for the hose to work correctly, so I have them standing on a couple of small platforms I made with leveling feet.
Q: Are the wheels lockable? Do they have a lock? I need to have it stable, not moving. thanks
A: Hello, thank you for your inquiry. The wheels do not have locks on them.

Q: Is it blowing warm or cold air?
A: All dehumidifiers blow warm air. Most blow cold air out of one opening and warm out of the other, but on average the air is warm. A dehumidifier works by creating a cold surface so that water will condense, and blowing air over that surface; but in order to make one thing cold it has to make another thing hot. So it is basically moving energy from one place to another. But it takes energy to run the unit, and all of that energy ends up as heat too. So a dehumidifier heats up the space it is in.
