I bought this to clean my area rugs, I don't have any carpet in the house, doesn't make sense to rent and buy solution once for 50 bucks every time versus 110 just to buy it. Was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to put together only two pieces, even easier to use, and take apart to clean, My area rug looks brand new. Its a 5x7 and i made it through the whole rug with one tank. So its not for big spaces unless you're okay emptying and refilling.

This little cleaner gets it done!! I was so surprised to see how well of a job it does. I’ve used other cleaners and none of them have done as good of a job as this one. The container for the clean & dirty water are a little small, but I honestly didn’t mind since I was able to pull up so much!

Amazing!! At the price I expected a lot less. Truly worth every penny. I tried it on my carpet and then on a rug and it worked well on both surfaces. The top part of the picture shows where we have used the cleaner already, it’s hard to tell, but it’s shades lighter.

I haven't cleaned my carpet in about 10 years give or take and suddenly I just felt the need to clean it because of how disgusted I felt when walking on it. This Hoover powerdash works amazingly and I couldn't be any happier. Definitely made my carpet 100x cleaner, if you can see in the picture. All you need with this is water + solution and the solution it requires you to use is very little, so it will definitely last you.

At first I was a little hesitant about this product, but after reading reviews and videos I finally decided to just go with it. After receiving the product and tried it—-it did great results! Please see the photo and video! I have two dogs and they have minor accidents on our carpet and it seriously removed the smell away.

Seriously unbelievable! My dog peed on my area rug, a clean but it still has a scent. I clean my rug with this 3 times and it cleanse it so well and dries it well too. Best investment ever

So far, the machine works fine. LIght weight, easy to get started and to use. It is not a professional level cleaner (no heat/steam cleaning) but it works fairly well for normal dirt and stains. Purchase a large container of cleaning fluid because 1 tank of water with cleaner does not last long and you will need several refills of water with cleaner to do a large carpeted area. Have not used it enough to determine its long-term reliability.

This very light carpet cleaner/extractor does a great job in cleaning carpets, even filthy ones like mine. I love that it is extremely lightweight and easy to maneuver. The downside(s) if any are 1. the tanks are very small so you will need to refill the clean water and dump the dirty water frequently, but of course this adds to the lightness and makes doing a rinse with clean water a breeze and (2) there is no attachment port for adding an upholstery hose. That said, it is maneuverable enough that I was able to clean the carpet on my staircase (not the vertical sides). This is probably the 4th extractor machine that I have owned and they all died because of soap clogging up the port which should not happen here because of the ease of doing a final rinse, and they were heavy as hell to lug around. With 4 dogs, beige carpets and some nice area rugs I am thrilled with this machine.

Great, easy to use cleaner! This device however is not for full carpet cleans. Better for spot cleaning areas and smaller rugs. I knocked off a star due to the ease of cleaning after using. This is in alignment with what much of the other reviews say as well. There is an area towards the front of machine that is not removable and it hard to truly get it cleaned. this does not affect the performance, but is bit of a nuisance. Overall, this cleaner works great and removes stains wonderfully. Good power. It does come with a small bottle of solution, but you will use that up quickly. Highly recommend getting a bigger bottle. If you have a pet who sheds, it might be a task to clean the machine after you finish. Still recommend it.

I had never used a carpet cleaner before so I didn't know exactly what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised by this cleaner. The amount of dirt and grime it pulled out of seemingly clean carpet was impressive to say the least and a little bit disturbing when I think about how dirty the carpet was before cleaning. Sure, this isn't the highest tier cleaner with the largest reservoir tank or widest brush size, but it certainly does do a great job at the actual job of cleaning. It's also less than half the price of most of the cleaners I looked at. As some have criticized before, the clean water tank is on the smaller size, but I was able to do roughly one average sized bedroom thoroughly before needing to refill. It did not pose much of a problem for me. Overall, highly recommended. Go buy it and you'll be surprised at the amount of dirt and god only knows what else you have in your carpet that it cleans out.

Worked really well for what I needed. Even got out a large dark orange/red salad dressing stain from 4 months ago! New puppy, new stains. Stains gone, puppy gets to stay, lol! Didn't have to empty and refill it as much as I thought I would from reading other reviews regarding refilling. Overall, happy with the carpet cleaner and the price! If you are cleaning carpets in a larger home you might want to get a bigger machine, otherwise this one gets the job done and does it well.

This cleaner works amazing and my carpet was dry less than a day after using the machine. It’s loud but not obnoxious like some of the store machines I’ve used. My only complaint is the clean water tank is small and it seems like you are constantly filling it - I used two tanks on a 4x4 area of carpet. It cleaned very well.

Pleasantly surprised at the performance of this little machine. Easy to use, light weight and did a great job on my carpets. Would recommend for a low cost cleaner.

I had read some reviews on here before purchasing. Works great! It does have a small water tank but i like it because i can continue to put hot water in it for every room or if i need just on room i don't waste cleaner. And it's not cumbersome to use or store.

Convient, light weight, perfect size for anywhere! Love this! It works amazing, and the price was perfect. We have a dog that makes frequent accidents or on purpose, and we wanted a cleaner we could easily pull out, we have a much larger one that we store in our building. This one dosent take much space. We cleaned all of our carpets in every room, not just certain spots from the dog. We like the job it did, especially for tge price and size.

I was in search for a carpet cleaner for my 9x11 rug. It has a thick, high pile. It is a cream/ivory shade. Based on other reviews I went for this one. Assembly was very easy. It was easy to maneuver over the thick pile. I did take my time, working slowly over every inch 3-4 times. Only to appease my own OCD. My rug honestly looks brand new. The middle now appears to be exactly like the edges that were never walked on. The tank is quite small, I did have to fill the tank 3 times only due to me cleaning the rug so much. I gave this rating three stars due to the fact 98% of this machine is made from plastic. It is definitely not built like my younger days. I am not sure how long it will last but for now, rather the first time it worked great.

Great Carpet Shampooer for the price. Picks up better than my vacuum and its easy to clean, plus it is lightweight which makes the work a bit easier. The only downside is for a larger room you may need to fill with solutions multiple times. As a pet owner its been a huge help, i use the shampooer every couple of weeks. So glad i made the purchase.

This Hoover PowerDash has the ability to clean carpeting with the utmost of ease. I am impressed with this tool in our home. I can clean an area, it doesn't use much water, and it dries quickly. Additionally, there is power in this little gem. Nice product. A++ I would recommend this to anyone.

I don’t have pets but this shampooer is the BEST! It shampooed my floors better than my moms Kirby to be honest! The only down side about it is the fact that the water and solution runs out too fast and it makes the job exhausting.
