Q: Do I have to use a premix solution or can I use a concentrated solution with the Powerdash handheld
A: Hello CeCe, Normally, we recommend the premixed solutions for use in our hand held units, as this cuts out the dilution factors. You can use a concentrate, but please keep in mind that you will need to dilute the solution. Dilution rates are 1 gallon of water per 3 oz of solution used. Thank you! The Hoover Team

A: Yes it can clean sectional, we actually cleaned a 10x10 rug and it did a fantastic job with little effort.
