The suction is great and the attachment reaches everywhere and cord is so long u never have to switch spots . Works great for dog fur removal.

So far so good, learning the ins and outs of use. Had a woman friend of mine assemble it for me, could have done it but she did it quickly. It delivers on performance and I am happy with the purchase.

After researching vacuums I decided on this one. I'm so glad that I did! I was amazed and embarrassed at how much this vacuum picked up out of my carpets. The picture I'm attaching was just from my livingroom, (which is not even that big). I'm honestly shocked at how crappy my old vacuum was, compared to this one. Great for any household, but especially one with pets! Picked up TONS of hair. Very happy with my choice.

This is a really good vacuum with a lot of suction power. It was very easy to put together and start using right away....it is a little heavy and does not turn on a dime, but overall I am very pleased. The additional attachment for pet hair is really useful and the cord is a great length that makes it easy to clean without having to move to another plug.

Works very well. Powerful suction, great for pet hair. Easy cleaning canister design. Easy rolling, useful accessories included (for furniture, etc.)

our 3 year old 450.00 dollar Simplicity broke and we purchased this until we got an answer on repairing the Simplicity. Low and behold this Vacuum works better than the Simplicity especially on pet hair my wife vacuumed over a carpet she had vacuumed the day before and the collection canister showed quit a bit of debris the Simplicity left so it is now our main vacuum with the Simplicity getting back up duty only. The Simplicity is also a bag vacuum and it has to be changed about every 4 vacuums. The Hoover has a canister you dump so no bags to buy either. Our only complaint is the entire vacuum body and canister is plastic so if ever dropped in transport it would probably not fair well but it works great and is fairly quite and about 60% of the weight of the Simplicity. Would buy again and will if it holds up for a few years as it cost 33% of the Simplicity.

This vacuum is amazing! I managed to snag it on black friday for 99$. I have one cat that is very fluffy, so he sheds a lot. I also use lightweight cat litter, which he manages to track everywhere despite a litter trapping mat I had purchased. I use this all on hardwood floor except when using the pet attachment on his carpeted cat tree-which works fantastically. I adore the built in light on front of the vacuum which excellently reveals any cat litter astray or dust bunnies. Its pretty light weight and easily turnable with the swivel feature. The swivel feature is very convenient and easy to use-however I could maybe see it being straining on the wrist for a older owner. The wire is very long so I can easily vacuum through two rooms without having to replug it in another outlet.

So the vacuum works great. I have two dogs and two cats and this does a great job of picking up all the fur and dander around the house. The problem lies in accessory storage for the mini brush attachment. I feel like the storage for this attachment was an afterthought. They give you a little cloth bag with a hook on it to store the attachment in, and while there is a spot to put the hook on the vacuum, when you use the vacuum the bag will eventually fall off of the vacuum, I just leave the bag off and store the attachment in a cupboard as its annoying that you can't secure it to the vacuum. Other than that its worth the purchase.

so far I love this vacuum. it is powerful, fits under most furniture, lightweight and easy to empty. my old vacuum was 10 years old and the plastic parts were all breaking and crumbling. this is my first Hoover. I use it every day, the pet roller attachment is great, I love that the end of the hose had a metal tube, it has a swivel head, and a crevice tool and brush attachment. no more bags!

I was looking for an easy to use, pet friendly, bag less no fuss vacuum and I found it! I had several on my list when I purchased this one, but I liked the price point, the swivel steering and the design. My husband and I adopted 3 long haired cats 3 years ago and our old vacuum had a difficult time keeping up and was going through belts like Santa, but this one has a super strong suction and the swivel steering is great to get around furniture. I love the fact you just have to push a button to go from carpet to linoleum and the wand is very easy to use to get around baseboards. It is much quieter than our old one, easier to use and keeps up with all of the fur.

So far, we’re absolutely loving this vacuum. Pet hair and dander picked up easily. Very light weight for its size, easy to change out attachments. One design flaw - no good place to keep the small pet hair attachment...it comes in a hanging bag which is fine for storing, but not practical for when in use or moving about the house. Surely not a deal breaker, though.

This vacuum is great. It works very great and I love that it lights up to let me see where I’m vacuuming. It has great performance and some cool features/attachments for the price. I have two dogs that she’d like crazy, and this has made cleaning up after them so much easier, both on our wood floors and the carpet.

Got this for my wife who needed a really good vacuum that sucks up almost anything. It glides really nice and not as loud as the Oreck we used to have. The extra accessories are an added bonus and helps get into hard places and cracks where the vacuum normally couldn't go. The container fills up quick, but you save on bags. Overall good vacuum.

The suction is terrific, not so much that it doesn't easily move over the carpet and enough so that it picks up everything, including pet hair. The long cord is a plus. The tools are poor at best and the clip that allows the cannister to be emptied is a bad design, will break easily. However you can unscrew the top of the cannister to empty. Overall for the price it is a great buy, it beat out the top competitors by $30.00 or more. This savings allows you to get a 4 year extended warranty. Best Buy has proven to be extremely reliable when it comes to their contracts. I would highly recommend.

I owned an awesome Kirby for over 15 years and needed to upgrade to a new vacuum with the suction I was used to. This vacuum exceeded my Kirby. The suction is very powerful. This vacuum weight is great especially since I have to carry up/down stairs. Easy to use and all the attachments can hang right on the vacuum vs being stored away.

While we have Dyson and Shark vacuums, The Hoover lifts pet hair and dust as well as the Dysons, and its light weight and controllable suction make it much easier to use, and at 1/3rd of the cost of a Dyson.

My old Hoover died the week after Xmas so I decided to bite the bullet and buy a new one. Usually I prefer a “bag” vacuum, I just think they have better suction overall, but this Hoover was on a great sale so I went for it with low expectations. I find when they say they pick up pet hair, they do anything but. I was wrong. This picks up everything! Even after the rug looked clean, I emptied the canister and decided to go over it again. The Hoover pulled dirt n dust from the pad under the rug. This fine silt I had never seen in any vacuum I’ve used. Picked up the cat litter my “kids” tracked from their pan like it was nothing. Best investment I have made in a long while. Highly recommend.

This thing has some serious suction. It's amazing the amount of pet hair it pulls up. No fuss emptying of the container, haven't noticed any loss of power. Easy to use and store attachments. Wand pulls right out. Multi surface use. I love it. Only thing I would improve is edge cleaning.

I was searching for a while, on Amazon, Costco and found this gem. This Vacuum is light, very powerful, clean, smooth and I love the long cord it comes with (a must). I am happy with the purchase and within a reasonable price range. I recommend.
