I needed a new vac and there was a whole range of models to choose from. Who can know which is the right one? I knew Dyson was great but so expensive. So I went with the Hoover that cost half as much. This machine picks up so much more dust and cat hair than I was getting before. It also has a very easy way to disconnect the handle to make it a long reach tube to get at small spots, like along a wall or in between furniture. It helps me get to places I didn't bother with before. When you put on the small crevice attachment the suction lets you pick up books or all sorts of heavy objects. And it is very easy to clean. The white filter is washable. There is a microfilter that is also cleanable and I had to figure out that the best way was to use an old toothbrush and to only brush in the down direction. I can't imagine Dyson is twice is good as this one. Lightweight and easy to push around. Really long cord.

The setup for the Hoover - REACT QuickLift Bagless Upright Vacuum was very easy. After a quick test run, I could see that it does a great job of sucking the dirt out of my carpets. It is a little hard to use the quicklift feature, but I am sure that will get better with more uses. Overall, I like this vacuum so far.

I can't stop telling people how good this vacuum is. It was exactly what I was looking for. Perfect for vacuuming the floors, stairs, car and even walls and ceiling fans. Very easy to clean out without spilling anywhere, attachments and movement is all great. No complaints so far.

I needed a better vacuum, and got this one after researching online. It can do it all! It detaches from the base to clean stairs, it has a wand to reach ceiling corners, and yet another attachment to get tight hard to reach areas. When you're done, you detach the dirt cup and press a button, and the dirt goes in the trash without you touching it. Exceptional vacuum!

Absolutely love our purchase. Cleans our area rugs and floors perfectly. It transitions to floors/rugs nicely. Adjustable suction power is perfect for different size/weight rugs. Its light and swivels for corners. Very happy!

Very powerful! I like it's pivoting head, I find it easier to navigate. Wife? Not so much! It does take a bit more arm to make turns, etc, but it's also a learning curve - it is different! Also, filtration is awesome. And, gets pet hair. Very happy with purchase & has been several months!

This is one of the silent and powerful vacuum cleaner I had. Love the suction power which can be controlled easily while vacuuming. It can sense carpet and hard floor with autosense function. It swivels and have led lights too.

The vacuum is heavy, but for the performance and features of this unit, it’s worth it. The vacuum is smart, as it automatically knows if you’re in on carpet or not. The app works well with the unit, but it needs a redesign.

This vacuum is extremely affordable\cheap in price. It works extremely well I prefer this over several other higher priced vacuums we have had in the past including a Dyson.

This vacuum definitely surprised me. It’s slim enough to easily carry up my stairs. It also has great suction so this is definitely the best vacuum I’ve ever owned. Love it!

I was hesitant to go with this brand since my previous vacuum was a Shark but I like this one so much more! I feel like it cleans better and is easier to move around.

The Hoover React has excellent suction and has been great with picking short fine dog hairs from the carpet.
