Horror Asylum Presents: The Dead Half - DVD

Horror writer Thad Beaumont (Hutton) hopes to distance himself from his murder novels and from George Stark, the name he has used to anonymously author them. To achieve this, he cooks up a murder of his own: a publicity stunt that should lay Stark to rest forever. But when the people around him are found gruesomely slain and his own fingerprints dot the crime scenes, Beaumont is dumbfounded until he learns that Stark has taken on a life

After the tragic drowning of her 5 year old son, best selling thriller novelist Rachel Carlson (Demi Moore) moves to a remote cottage on the Scottish coast to begin writing again. But Rachel's demons have followed her as loneliness and paranoia leave her not knowing what's real and what is just imagination in the fight to save her life.

A group of beautiful young coeds discover that their dorm was once a mental hospital where unspeakable experiments were performed by a deranged physician trying to "cure" troubled teens. But now, the mad doctor's ghost is back to continue his work...and he's running out of patients! Sarah Roemer and Travis Van Winkle star in this spine-tingling thriller from cult director David R. Ellis.
