Shipping Damage, Customer Experience Team Failure

Received it on time (two-week wait) but discovered it was scratched and dented when I opened it up at home. Best Buy Issaquah, WA took it back, but now I have to wait three weeks for a new one. I was promised that the the Issaquah, WA customer experience manager would contact me, but they never did. Not a smooth purchase for sure.

Good Stove I was worried I wouldnt be able to fit a standard size pizza pan and cookie sheet pan but was surprised to see that both fit with room to spare

Small range

Love this small range. I bought it for my Casita. The stove top coils get hot evenly. And oven holds it heat. I had an amana only lasted 3 years had problems with it the whole time. Coils only got hot in center and oven took forever to heat. Love this one it works

This is a waste of time and money. The first stove; the burners did not work so I used my buyer protection to have it replaced. The second stove had the same problems as the first. Best Buy would not honor my buyer protection plan so I am out over 1,000 (including tax, insurance, and installation fees. Avoid!!!

I gave this product 4 stars because I like everything about it but the only thing missing is a light for the oven, i don’t like that I can not see things as bright as I would like while I’m cooking. Other then that I have no complaints
