A: 264LBS ... I'm 230lbs and I have a 10-15lb backpack on and it goes 17mph on flat just fine. its weight capacity is one of the top reasons I purchased it.

Q: Is the battery swappable or is it built-in?
A: Battery can detach from the scooter to charge somewhere else. So I guess you could swap it out, yeah.

A: It does have front light and rear brake light.
A: There's an allen wrench type nut at the base of the steering mechanism in the front you can tighten or loosen. Makes it easier to fasten or harder if tightened too hard but does help stabilize the steering column.
