This works out for my 3rd grader,5th grader and 9th grader iI think it is easy to use Enough storage for school work and and games. Thin not bulky and easy to transport in book bag. I wish it came in different colors and touch screen but its a great buy the price was right. Its elementary thru high school unless they need more graphics an more bells and whistle. My grand son is autistic and he dose well with this hp thin chromebook by hpWith all and all it a beginners great buy for kids.

It does the job if you're looking something to do routine things great for students. The battery lasts forever but if you're looking for something fancy look elsewhere.

Very good Chromebook at a low sale price. I have only owned Windows operating system based pc's in the past; and, I wanted to get some experience with a Chromebook. This Chromebook boots up quickly, and meets all my needs while I am on travel. It's good for: surfing the web; checking my e-mail; playing android games; signing on web sites; and, viewing Netflix. It's also light weight for travel; and, battery life appears very good.

After purchasing about a dozen Chromebooks of various brands and processors since 2015, this HP is by far the lightest, fastest, best bang for the buck yet. Plus, its end of life date is the best of them all. Highly recommend.

Excellent value. Very lightweight. I don't seem to be able to charge it with just a USB-C cord (have to use the cord that comes with it). Touch pad is a little too sensitive sometimes.

Just what is needed for your big and small computing needs. It did not disappoint with its speed and performance. The graphics are great! The ease of assessibilty to the apps would allow the most novice computer operator to perform tasks without additional help from anyone.

I saw this on sale and jumped for it! I only needed a small computer to upload all my school books as PDFS to be read aloud to me by chrome extensions. What better than a chromebook. Super basic for a super basic task, and I can carry it around in my book bag and not even noticed it because it only like a pounds vs my 30LB books or my 20LB gaming laptop! It's almost like carrying my main PC with me since I pretty much have everything integrated with Google. Also compatible with CAC card readers for military junk, just follow the steps and download a few extensions. Really, super happy with it! Can't beat the price. Some con: of course with a super affordable chromebook you wont get Ultra 5k HD with retinoid display and no back light keyboard (which is usually standard now) but it does the trick. We're living in the future!

It's OK. Chrome runs fun and lasts a long time, but this chromebook easily has the worst touchpad mouse I've ever used. It's constantly getting stuck in the down position, and if I flex the chassis just enough, it unsticks. If you're going to cheap out on the construction, at least give a discrete mouse button. There is no right click (you can alt-click for that). Everything else is basic, which is fine at this price, but I do think the mouse should be a lot better.

I love this computer easy to use very lightweight and small to carry in hand when traveling to class or you can just put it in your bag and its just like a notebook

Gave as a gift and they love it. They use it all the time for all different uses

Does the job. Use it to browse the internet and print papers.
