I bought this for my granddaughter for her schoolwork, to watch videos (Youtube), and play simple games. I was wanting something simple enough for her to use, nothing too powerful or complex, with a decent size screen and good quality. This Chromebook met all of that criteria and was exactly what I was looking for. It was so great I ended up buying one for myself, as well. It's light, easy to move around the house, fits nicely on my lap in a chair or sitting on a table. The Touchscreen works great and is snappy and responsive. The keyboard is comfortable to type on and the touchpad is the perfect sensitivity for scrolling around. On a full charge, with medium use, I feel this Chromebook lasts me a full day and I've never felt like it was running out of battery too quickly. The keyboard feels nice to type on and the screen is bright and clear. As for my granddaughter's... She loved it! Hers ended up having some issues with the keyboard (it would type a single letter multiple times when pressed), but I communicated with HP and they were friendly, efficient, and nice to deal with. I sent in the broken one and they sent her a new one, which I was happy with. From this experience, I would rate their customer service as a positive, as well, and I would recommend this Chromebook to friends or family members even with this having happened.

super easy to use and it’s fast. i like that it’s touch screen and you can flip it into tablet mode. only drawback is obviously it’s a chromebook so no gaming on it.

I love my HP - 14" 2-In-1 Touchscreen Chromebook. It is very light and a good size to take around. The battery life is definitely a plus, the audio speakers are pretty good too. I got it on sale which is a big wing.

This is a great Chromebook! It's fast, great sound, and easy to navigate. My daughter is using one of these at college and appreciates the size and transportability. I purchased two of these when they were on sale .... probably the best deals I have captured over the past couple of years.

I have had this hp chromebook for a little ovet a year now and i absolutely love it. In fact i am actually on the best buy site to purchase a hp chromebook for my momma to replace her laptop. You cant go wrong with HP

My daughter had a Windows laptop with i5 processor (few generations older) which kind of died. So she is used to a decent computing power. Got this for her birthday while on almost 300 USD discount. For around 400 USD this is not cheap, but I can justify that it looks very good, decent and responsive screen.

A great product at a great price. It was easy to set up and since I am familiar with the Android/Google world I have been able to fine tune it to my liking. Being able to flip it is a nice perk too!

My laptop hinge snapped in half and now I’m having the hardest time getting Best Buy or HP to fix it. This device was bought for my son who is a low vision child. I bought this device because it had a larger screen, plus it’s a 2 in 1. Laptop plus iPad. He’s used to being on a iPad, but there’s a certain game he can only get on a computer. So I thought this would be the perfect device for him. Boy was I wrong. I’m a little under a month the item broke from him turning it back and forth. It broke doing what it’s meant to do.

To start this computer is fast and has a good prosseser includeing a high quality screen resloution. The touch id is very convinent. Overall 10/10.

I love my Chromebook. It is a great replacement for the one I had before which I loved. It is a little heavier and a like harder to open for some reason with my arthritic fingers/hand. The only thing missing is a way to transfer fotos from an SD card of my Canon camera
