My last shredder lasted 8 years. Finally gave up with a puff of smoke. This one has been perfect since: No Lubrication Ever, All Shreddings stay in the Bin, Paper Feed for loose multiple 8.5x11 pages, Very Quiet, Auto-off, Great Looking.

I’ve used this shredder as directed and it’s been wonderful. It’s a beast! Great quality.

My previous shredder was broken.I purchased this for the microcut shredding,a quieter operation,and an up to 200 sheet feeder when needed.It matches my H.P.printer.It also indicates when the bin is full.The smaller cuts mean longer times between emtpying the bin,and no more loose peices of paper scattered around from inside the shredder when empting it. I would buy it again.From this vendor..

So far works great. Love the fan in it to keep it cool. Needed a large shred as I have a bunch to do with all this junk mail. So far when it clogs it’s easy to get the paper out. Don’t put too much in it at once. 14 works good. But it definitely eats the paper up to small pieces.

Real nice paper shredder but I only have one problem. I purchased it in August and in October it stopped working. I don't know if it was something on my part or just a malfunction with the shredder itself. I tried bring it back to BB but was told i had to return it to the manufacturer for services & repairs. I just either want them to fix or replace because $200+ is a lot of money to just throw away on a shredder thats not working

I would give this shredder 4.5 stars. It works great. The only reason I would dock off 1/2 a star is that the automatic shredder sometimes jams if the sheets get pulled in crooked by the machine. Also the bin that collects the shredding needs some help closing properly but that’s not a big deal. Otherwise I love it so far!

This thing is a monster! It’s great for those pesky credit card offers you get in the mail every other day. Shred them to protect your identity

A very terrible product. I bought this HP shredder, and after one year, it stopped working. I contacted Best Buy and was told to call HP (the manufacturer) because it has a 4-year limited warranty covering labor and parts. I contacted HP, but they denied my warranty, claiming that the faulty part was not covered without seeing the product. The only option they gave was to call the out warranty vendor (third party). The most annoying part was they were aware of what the problems might be as they had several customers call for the same problem, but they didn't do anything and would rather continue selling. This is a bad product supported by terrible customer service. Please don't buy this product for anything. I would have given it a 0 star if it was possible.

An excellent piece of equipment that smoothly shredded our documents.

Very useful shredder for big jobs like cleaning out old files. Doesn't jam, goes about a half hour before stopping to cool. I like the way the auto-feed helps with the job. Shreds everything to tiny pieces.

Terrible. Stopped working exactly 60 days after purchase.

This little guy great! Feed works easily and the only time it jammed was due to operator error. Worth the money.
