Honestly didn’t expect to like this laptop this much. It’s fast right out of the box—handles multiple tabs, Zoom, and work apps without slowing down. The touchscreen is a nice bonus and actually makes it easier to use day to day. Battery life holds up well, and it starts up super quick thanks to the SSD. Perfect if you need something reliable for work or school without overthinking it.

Its easy to use great for what im using it for which is for my college classes and looking for a job it has everything i need i love the touchscreen feature it makes it so much easier to select items or apps when im looking for something the battery could last a little longer but thats one thing you have to deal wit when the laptop is lightweight and portable but i charges quickly and the picture quality is great for when i am looking at movies and things online i am happy with my purchase

i got this to replace my mom's 10 year old laptop. she prefers HP and pretty much only pays bills, surfs the web, looks at pictures, social media, etc. No heavy processing or video editing. I'd say the computer is fine for day to day things or office stuff. not too expensive to worry about but not too cheap to be a toy. It's the sweet spot for her needs.

I recently bought an HP laptop at Best Buy and the whole experience was great. The staff helped me find the right model for my needs and explained everything clearly. The laptop runs fast, has a clean display, and handles all my daily tasks without any issues. Setup was easy, and so far the performance has been smooth. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend Best Buy for anyone looking for a reliable laptop and good customer service.

So, this one runs the program I want it to, but only barely.. So not what I was looking for, and not what it claimed to be able to handle. Also, the laptop is a little flimsy, if its open and i grab the keyboard part to pick it up it feels like its bending, that's not pleasant. It does all the basic stuff... the touchscreen is not the greatest touchscreen ive had but works most the time the way I want it to. If ur looking for something cheap that does the basics, it does that, but if ur looking to do something a little more and have something a little sturdy, Id suggest a step up. I would've got a step up had I read my own review before I got it. :)

After a slow boot, Windows performs fairly well. The processor is not as advertised, but is an I5-120U processor, which is actually a bit of an upgrade/newer model. The RAM is DDR 5 instead of DDR4, also an upgrade. I have had issues with the USB-C port, and the problem is intermittent. I have sent it in to HP for repair/investigation. The HP suport so far has been very good. I did UEFI diagnostics and got an error code, shared with them and they said it sounded like a hardware issue. They created a support ticket for me and provided a box and free shipping to their support department. The battery life is not very good, only lasting about 3 hours with moderate use. The battery depletes when the laptop is turned off and nothing is connected. The depletion rate is about 4% to 5% per day. This is with and without the charging port being enabled. Even when enabled, if nothing is connected to it, there should be no depletion of battery life. I have disabled hibernation and sleep mode, so I know for certain that the latop was completely turned off. Another issue is Secure Boot/TPM. Getting event logs in Windows indicating that the certificate is not being updated, with access denied by firmware. This being a brand new laptop, I would expect the certificate to be updated already. The old certificates are set to expire in June 2026. Even though the laptop would still work with the older certificates, it could be left somewhat vulnerable. Hopefully HP tech support will resolve this for me. Even with the problems I am having, I would still recommend it based on the price, features, and HP tech support.

Great computer for not much money. I am using this for general home use (online shopping, light Google sheets and docs, etc.) and it has worked really well so far. I do not game so I can't comment on that. But general use it is great, plenty fast and a good amount of storage. It also feels sturdier than some other lower end laptops I have had. The keyboard is really smooth to use too.

Great laptop at an amazing price and loaded with everything you need. This was a gift for my wife now that she is in school and she has plenty of storage on the SSD, fast processor, touch screen and amazing sound.

My old HP with a i5 processor still worked fine, but needed an update since it had a Windows 10 operating system. This new HP was easy to set up and get started. The transfer of E Mail and files from my old computer was easy, and the screen picture was sharp, crisp, and bright. I especially like the keyboard which is easy to read. The computer is perfect for my basic needs- E Mail, shopping, internet research, family communication, and basic home office.

I just starting using my new laptop about a week ago so I can't review the longevity of it, but I can say that the battery life has not been good. I do like the size and feel of the keys and the screen is a decent size as well. It is light weight so that makes carrying it easy.
