The performance, usage, shortage an accessibility is an absolute must! I love the features on this. I’m still learning my way through it. I purchased it because I was needed a new computer with windows 11 to use for lessons plans and to take my teacher certification tests.

So far, I'm very pleased with my new HP 15.6 laptop. I'm not an expert, but seems user friendly... very lightweight (!!) and thin... all good! I find I will have to get used to the keyboard, but that's on me.

The performance of this laptop is incredible. Would highly recommend, especially for the price. I run a remote business and use this computer for business only and the speed, memory, and convenience features are unmatched. Comes with Microsoft Copilot embedded which is a nice feature to have. Can always upgrade copilot to the paid version for more features but the free version does enough for me. Even the screen size is large and can see everything clearly. Again, for the price, this laptop is a steal. No complaints from me on this one!

This is a great touchscreen laptop that easily allows you to multitask. It can just some games, stream, and works great for my schooling. The battery does die fairly quickly depending on how much you're running on it, but it also charges fast so I don't mind.

This is Fast windows laptop. I bought it for work and it can handle anything you throw at it. From multiple open screens to multiple programs running at once. It doesn’t show any lag. Great purchase!

I like the large size of the screen; the quick processing; the capability; and the fact that this is my second HP computer and both have not disappointed!

I haven’t really did much with it besides set it up and it’s nice and moves fast. I am an HP brand fan so there’s that. It’s also lightweight and I like that.

Battery life isn’t great. I’ve only used it for a couple of days and am contemplating keeping it or returning while I still can. Just gonna use a couple more days to check and see because I really don’t wanna gonna through the process again.

This laptop easily earns a 5-star rating. The AMD Ryzen 7 (2023) processor combined with the 16GB of memory makes multitasking completely seamless. The 512GB SSD provides incredibly fast boot times. The natural silver finish looks great, making it an excellent everyday device.

Very nice laptop. Battery life is excellent. Not quite as long as some others in its class but still great. Screen is excellent . And with the ryzen 7 its so smooth.

Took a few minutes for set up but so far ok it is a lot faster. The salesperson was a great help with my choice of computers

Great computer, no complaints with the computer but Best Buy service and delivery process is not the best. I purchased this laptop on a weekend. Notifications said the delivery was the following Wednesay via UPS Roadie courier. I skipped some appointments and came home early. The Roadie notifications showed the laptop was delivered just before I got home. In my driveway was a Best Buy sealed box that should have contained the laptop and a keyboard. When I opened the box, no computer, just the keyboard. When you try to contact Best Buy customer service, the store can't help and the online resource dosent tell you what to do about a missing item. They only provide options for support of the product once you have it. I spent hours asking the Best Buy chat for support but got nowhere. Luckily my wife works as customer support for another company and started asking for a manager. After that, we got in touch with a real person (still not a manager) via the chat tool who was understanding. I was ready to file a police report as the computer is more than $500 and the box was sealed when I got it but the agent insistend a report was unnessary and a replacement laptop would be sent. The next day, Thursday I received a notification about the replacmement delivering to me the next Sunday. I waited patiently until Sunday. Sunday morning I received a notification that the delivery was delayed. LSince I was not far from the store in Cumming Ga where the laptop was coming from I thought I would make things easier and pick it up myself. I got to the store and the people there could not help me. I was there for about 40 - 60 minutes. I was told there was a system error showing on the store end and there was nothing that could be done for me. I went back home l, went online, started the Best Buy chat tool and asked for another manager. The agent ( not a manager), said they thought there was an inventory or process error and reset the order for store pickup. About midday the following Monday the laptop was confirmed ready. I finally picked it up later that Monday. When I decided to buy from Best Buy, I did so because I didnt trust Amazon's delivery process. Best Buy let me down. I am happy things worked out in the end but this purchase took way more of my time than it should have. I will be very hesitant to purchase from Best Buy again.

I’m a teacher and also run a business on the side, so I needed a laptop that could keep up with both. So far, I’ve been really happy with this HP laptop. It handles my everyday workload without any issues, whether I’m working on lesson plans, preparing documents, managing business-related tasks, or just browsing the internet. The Ryzen 7 processor and 16GB of memory make multitasking easy, and I haven’t experienced any noticeable slowdowns. I also really like the touchscreen, which is a nice feature to have when I’m working. The screen is a good size, everything looks clear, and the laptop has a nice, professional appearance. I wasn’t looking for anything overly fancy, just a dependable laptop that could handle everything I needed it to do. This one has definitely met my expectations. For the price and features, I feel like I made a good purchase. I’d recommend it to other teachers, small business owners, or anyone needing a reliable everyday laptop.
