A: Yes this lap top can support external monitors. We have three external monitors on our lap top , one is a 17" , and the other two are 55" . We use them for praise and worship services at our Church , it does a fine job.
Q: I was hoping someone could confirm Windows 10 64-bit? Can't see it anywhere in the specs.

A: Those 2 games will absolutely run fine, we tried No man's sky and it runs OK so LOL & DOTA will be fine. Photo shop editing yes, video editing yes but not full HD. It runs Poser rather smoothly so I might be wrong (being that's 3D modeling).
