Excellent. Laptops are dependent on the specifications in my opinion, it's not something that you can filter price low to high and come away satisfied. I feel as if it's necessary to focus on the price last. This wasn't my first option but after reviewing many options this one kept finding it's way back into my tab. I rationalized so I could settle, and man what a nice surprise. Great device, alot of the features are comparable to a Mac. Runs smooth, long battery life, great features.

The ease of getting laptop up and running and the speed of processing is excellent. And support from Best Buy was much appreciated.

This is a good laptop. I had to switch out if S mode for Proctor U. The only con is the battery life.

An excellent laptop for the price! I got a great deal! This laptop operates fast and is reliable. It is solid and well built and the screen is especially good. I am very pleased with this HP laptop The Total Tech Geek Squad tech support staff were professional and efficient, and did a great job in transferring data from my old laptop to this one. For people wanting an excellent laptop at a reasonable price and don’t need a lot of bells and whistles, this is a great choice.

Love this laptop. My favorite so far. Fast and decent price.

Use it for work and its fast when it comes to browsing the internet and loading different programs. Of course not very fast for gaming or demanding programs. But for every day use I have never had a complaint.

I give this laptop 5 stars for the performance and speed being a lower mid price laptop. I badly needed a new computer, but didn’t want another PC tower so I settled on this HP laptop after reading reviews. Note that it does not include 15 months of 365 software, but rather offers a deal price. I chose 12 months of 365 separately in my cart. Great laptop overall for your daily needs. Hard drive is the only downside at 256GB. This device has a regular headphone jack as well. Make sure to take Windows 11 out of S mode by following steps on YouTube or google.

customer service excellent. disappointed in the laptop. this replaced an HP laptop that is at least 5 yrs old (still working, just a little slow this laptop is not as good. The battery needs charging about every day without even excessive use.

Without a doubt one of the fastest laptops I have owned. Start up time is second to none because of the SSD. Laptop stays right around sweet spot for temp even under load.

I am very pleased with my purchase of this laptop. Best Buy made the purchase itself very easy- it arrived timely and without any issues. The laptop itself does outstanding with plenty of speed and memory. The screen is great and Windows 11 has been easy to learn. My only negative is how quickly the battery runs down before needing to be charged. However, I definitely recommend this laptop for your personal use.

Good quality for the money. It’s OK for the basics of email, internet and basic operations. Speed is OK. More ram would be great.

I love this laptop. The last one I bought several years ago was slow the day I brought it home. This time I paid more to avoid that issue but still worried. This thing is very fast and I’m extremely happy with it. I don’t do any gaming or streaming with it so i can’t speak to that for certain but everything I use it fir is very fast. I would imagine that it would be fine for gaming and streaming though.

great laptop. tons of extra ports so it is like a docking port for external mouse keyboard, monitor and ethnet port for wifi.

Enjoying the speed and ease of using. Set up was effortless.

Can’t complain great for a starter laptop. Get the job done
