This computer was just what I wanted. Has the touchscreen, bluetooth, wifi, backlit keyboard, the number pad on the right side, sd card slot for regular sd cards (instead of just micro), flash drive slots, and the plug-in on the left side. It does NOT have the cd/dvd optical drive, but I can live without that. I only used it once or twice on my last laptop anyway. The computer will come with a low-lit screen. I didn't like that. However, to fix that, go to the lower-righthand corner and look for where to connect to the internet, connect to bluetooth, etc... You'll see where you can increase or decrease both the sound and screen light. Computer turns on and off much faster! Old laptop took forever to come on. Battery life much longer than on old laptop. Can go a day without having to charge. Laptop charges much faster, as well. Like Windows 11 so far. Make sure to turn off OneDrive--it will eat into your data. Great computer! So glad I chose this one!

This laptop was so much easier to set up than my last one. Everything transferred over from my old one to this one with just a couple of steps. It has sufficient memory for what I need it for. I also love the backlight. It offers a number of ways to secure the laptop including biometrics and passwords. I use it every day and so far, I've had no issues.

Love the laptop! Came with a few extras although I havent utilized them yet. If your looking for a backlit easy to use HP, then this is the one for you!
