This computer has so many good features. The screen is really big and is touch screen. It’s so easy to use and the battery lasts you for awhile. It’s great for gaming and school or just for entertainment. It’s really good computer and doesn’t slow down at all. I really recommend this.

I love my laptop. I’m an HP fan. The touchscreen is wonderful. I didn’t have to make any adjustments to the sensitivity. Screen is a decent size and the computer itself is very light weight.

The open box sale disappointed me a bit. A week later i saw the same product NEW for sale on amazon for a lower price. Also, I expect open box units to be a couple months old and the one I received was over a year old. It was in good shape. I had to reinstall windows 11 as apparently one driver i added with an app froze it up beyond recovery. I am sitting with the unit I bought and it is working fine.

I bought this laptop for my daughter who needed it for her freshman year of college. It has everything she needs and then some for her college education. She loves it. She also bragged that it plays games well also. I am very proud that I chose the best for her needs.

I bought this HP and have been incredibly pleased with the ease of using it, it's reliability, and it's very light to carry around. I had bought another brand 3 years ago that literally fell apart for the time I owned it. I will never buy another brand other than HP.

This laptop runs very well. I use it for online gaming (World of Warcraft) and my online business. Very responsive and quick. The only thing is that it heats up quickly. Other than that so far so good.

Really great laptop the only thing I don’t like about it is how Microsoft keeps sending me stuff about better deals and other things. Also the time is an hour late though I don’t really mind it. Still trying to figure out its other features.

I love this lap top except for the fact I didn’t realize till I got home that the speakers were located on the bottom. I have to use a speaker to have the sound louder.

It’s Great so far my daughter loves it <3 The touchscreen works perfectly. The performance is great. The AI is Annoying, but aren’t they all haha XD
