I’m so happy I caught this on sale! This laptop is great! The speed, display and the price make it an incredible deal! However the battery life is not that great! As long as it’s plugged in, it’s great but if you’re somewhere you can’t charge, not so good! I would recommend this laptop to all!

This computer is a good buy for the price. The screen is a nice size. It is easy to navigate. Light weight. Good battery life. I'm older, so the use is mostly for emails and social media, and searching topics of interest.

This is a replacement laptop for my son for his birthday which is 2 weeks after Christmas. He hasn't received it nor opened it yet but it is just like the one he already has and busted the screen. Instead of replacing the screen I was able to get this one on a great sale almost close to the price to replace the broken screen without the headaches you can get from broken screen repair. This time I bought a warranty. The previous model was good enough for him since all he does with it is game so no complains on my end. He will appreciate the updated touch screen since his previous model didn't have touch screen.

Good reliable laptop for the price. If using for pure work and nothing memory heavy in terms of storage, this is a good laptop.

great computer, very lite but powerful, good for my work and home

I’ve been buying HP’s for decades and they never let me down. This one has all the bases covered at an exceptional price. Battery life could be a little bit better but it’s on par with the rest so it’s really not a gripe. I highly recommend picking one up when they are on sale.

Worthy components for an Excellent Price. I bought this for my elderly mother. She needs it for job applications and e-mail mostly. It's a Christmas gift, so she hasn't used it yet, but I expect good things from HP, Intel, and the amount of memory.

Love this laptop! After my old HP died, I was worried about how much a new replacement would cost. My son and I found this new HP online at Bestbuy.com and it was such a good deal it seemed too good to be true. It is terrific. I even love the new power button which is so much easier to turn on than the old one. Definitely a thumbs up purchase !

After opening the box and setting up this PC I've realized that it is the perfect weight and size for my elderly mother as a Christmas Gift. It is also a better product than the price would have you believe.

This laptop was bought as a gift for our grandaughter. It's great for school acitivities that she needs to do. She also enjoys playing games on it. We are very happy with the purchase.

Bought two of these computers one for my son one for my daughter. Love the price and quality. Only reason it gets 4 stars is that i does not have a lot of ports and most don't support monitors if you want dual monitors

This is a basic laptop with standard resolution touch screen but with the 13 gen i3 the performance is fine for basic browsing and email. Very light too. Excellent value laptop
