Honestly the BEST computer! I use it for online school and have over 40 video screen recordings of 1+ hour lectures! I still have enough room to backup all my iCloud Photos from my iPhone (6,000 pics and vids), and play The Sims 4 with over 20 Mod packs and 5 expansion packs without any lagging! Battery last full charge playing games with full brightness about 4 hours. Everything is customizable to my liking! I have had this computer for 3 years now and I will NEVER go back from HP.

Bought this for my daughter for just a basic use. When we got home, I was very surprised with the product. Looks nice, it’s fast, decent size, light weight. It’s been a year since we got it, so far no issues. Very happy with this purchase!

It looks very nice and light. Immediately started downloading the Windows 11. No cd player. Had to buy an external one. It is lightweight . Takes a few minutes to be ready. This my first laptop of this model. Easy to use. Advice you explore all aettings of Windows 11. Excellent for my home use.

Great value laptop, bought it on black friday sale. Very good Metallic body and finishing I5 7th generation 8gb with good speed, touch creen.

Works great. Perfect for multitasking. I can do school work and my jobs work at the same time and it never slows down. Gaming is also impeccable. The only down fall is the keyboard doesnt light up, which is why i only gave 4 stars.

Went back to grad school and didn’t have money for a Mac and bought this instead. Pleasantly surprised. Still kickin like brand new as I type

Great buy, arrived 2 days early, I have bought 2 HP Laptops from Best Buy and they continue to serve me well. This new touch screen laptop was just what I had been looking for.

I love that is touchscreen is really fast, the only thing that I don like is that im unable to download apps. If I want to do it I need to leave the S mode.

It is great to use but the GB was 256 it says it only has 237 GB which is such but other than that it was great.

Initially happy with no issues. Purchased 11/29/21, now 8/13/23 it crashed and will not reboot. First issue ever, no warning signs, lightly used. Battery is fine, tried to hook up to an external monitor, removed battery, hard reset, etc… it will not reboot. I am guessing it is the hard drive. My last Toshiba is still running after 8 years and only had to do a screen backlight replacement in that time.

I was looking for a beginners gaming laptop but I had to return because this laptop didn’t have the capacity to handle all the tasks required! It helped us make our first YouTube video and it has a few glitches. Upgraded to the Samsung Galaxy Book Pro.

I've had this computer for over 2 1/2 years and it is great. Possibly the best computer I have ever owned. Works well, is fast enough and reliable. I had to get used to the touch screen, which I was prepared to dislike, but to my surprise it does come in handy, although I don't usually use it much. The only thing I don't like is that after about two years I started getting annoying popup ads wanting me to buy or renew my HP warranty. They pop up and won't go away. I understand this is an HP thing. There is a way to handle it but after a few weeks it will start popping up again, interfering with one's work. I wish HP realized that if we haven't bought their warranty already, we're unlikely to become a fan if they annoy us! Other than that, this is a very fine, reliable computer and I could recommend it to anyone. I like that it is solid state (it doesn't overheat) and that it doesn't have a bunch of showy bells and whistles I don't want.

This is a very good computer and I recommend it. It is light weight and easy to use. It is perfect for surfing the Internet and writing documents. I haven’t had it long enough yet to spend time to other tasks but I am sure it does much more. The speed is awesome! The price was right for our budget. Very pleased.

Been very happy with this laptop. Going on almost 2 years of ownership and works as if it's brand new. I use this for work and it has risen to the challenge! Have always done well with HP!

Actually I'd say on the + side of 4½ stars. With the only complaint being a dead pixel in far upper right hand corner of the screen. It's barely noticeable and only seen at certain angles. For a sub $400 laptop it's pretty much loaded with touchscreen and Win10 Home...I'm not using the "S" function. The PC comes preloaded with Win10 "S" but once you get things setup Win11 "S" starts downloading and installing. Very little HP bloatware. The very first thing I did before setup was open up the back and install an additional 16 gig of DDR4 memory. It comes with 8 gig installed (one 8 gig stick). There are 2 memory slots that you can install up to 32 gig of memory...I'm now running 24 which is overkill but what the heck. Though the memory runs in dual channel mode, Ryzen processors allow you to run 16 gig in dual channel mode and the additional 8 gig in single channel. I had a 16gig stick from my old Lenovo laptop so I just went ahead and used it instead of buying another memory stick. I also took a look at the hard drive and the access is super easy for it too. It's a 256 GB PCIe® NVMe™ M.2 SSD. From my old laptop I have a 512 GB PCIe® NVMe™ M.2 SSD that's relatively new. I cloned the drive and will use it at such time as I may need it. The opening of the back of the laptop isn't daunting at all. Just remove the 8 screws, then use a guitar pick, or similar, to pop open the back...there are excellent youtube videos detailing the procedure. If it's something you're not comfortable with then by all means have a tech do it.

This is by far the best computer I have purchased so far. I bought another brand prior to this one because it was cheaper, you just cannot beat HP computers! The color is great, it has a fast processor and is just the right size. I am typing on it right now :)

Bought this for my son to replace an old one. Its faster, lighter and much easier to use. The fact that its lighter and touch screen makes it easy to use. My son loves it, that's all that matters to us.

Love my new easy to use, very speedy laptop! My old one did not have a touchscreen so this is a bonus feature for me. The battery life is fantastic.

This is a great PC and I always go back to get this model. It’s fast, runs well and consistent.

Great starter laptop for a kid. My son loves it and plays games, codes on it and enjoys having his own personal machine. Great value.
