Great price, good performance, easy to upgrade ram, OS upgraded to Win11, does everything that you need it to and has been flawless compared to my older laptops that are not Win11 compatible. Best budget laptop with a larger screen size and full size keyboard. Battery life is decent, size is slightly larger than an 15 inch laptop and not to heavy. Would recommend if you are trying to get something decent for the price and has very good performance when upgrading the ram to 16+gb.

I ordered the computer online and it was at my house within a couple of days. The computer is fast and does exactly what I needed to do for my purchasing and selling antique guitars. I have to have a fast machine in order to place the bids and win the auctions, it's imperative and the HP doesn't disappoint. Thank you very much for this wonderful computer and for your great customer skills or customer care I should say.

Absolutely beautiful design, my wife loves the fact that is slim and the screen is big. Its her first laptop computer and she is loving every minute she uses it!

HP is a great product in computer and printers so i specifically wanted to outchase a HP laptop. I like that the screen is large in 17 inch, it was a great price and good speed.

This is the first time I have used a laptop and I love it! It was easy to set up and it is not as small as other laptops which is good for me. I like the 8G memory. It was easy installing my printer. I highly recommend for the price!

The laptop is lightweight and overall a good laptop. I dislike the fact that it only has 2 usb ports though. That is inconvenient

First laptop in years. Figuring out what “S mode” was is a little confusing. Screen display is awesome. Large and bright which is what I wanted. Battery goes quickly. I gotta figure out how to help that. Lol. The deal was right on the price. I’m satisfied for what I’ll be using it for. Charges quickly. Ty

I purchase this laptop in April 2023. It has good reviews and I liked the larger screen. The laptop has less than 75 hours of use. 5 days ago the screen began to fail by going dark with in 1 minute and required closure of the laptop to an accessible screen. Now the failure is within 10 seconds. I suspect that if I open and close it a couple more times there will be a 100% failure. The screen is a deal breaker! When functioning as expected I was very happen with the laptop. Out of the box it was easy to set up, connect and use.

It’s the best laptop I’ve ever purchased. It’s worth every penny! It has a great processor speed which is one of the qualities I was looking for, and the touch screen was a plus.
