Love it, I tried another brand before purchasing this laptop. It has a Disk drive plus lots of USB/card ports. The only reason why I did not rate it a 10 is because I would like it to have better graphics. This is my 3rd HP laptop and I will not try another brand again. I definitely recommend HP products.

I absolutely love it! My other laptop was on its last leg! AND I was having challenges seeing the print. Screen kind of small. I have to say I think the bigger screen is my favorite thing. This laptop fits my needs perfectly. I’m a student and web surfer!

So far, the laptop is working very well! It's for my mother and she really enjoys the larger screen. It's not overly bulky and heavy, which I was worried about. It runs smoothly and I'm excited about the large amount of storage.

I am really happy with the purchase, HP really outdone themselves with this unit. It is perfect for basic use. It can handle HD contact very smoothly. I was able to watch 2160p YouTube video very good. The sound quality is very good and came with DVD drive and DVD software. The high resolution 1600x900 for screen. Webcam is 640x480, If you have basic needs this laptop will shine for you. Thank you Best Buy and HP for this awesome laptop.

So far so good, except for the whole Windows S thing. Is Windows S so great that I will regret removing it if I decide to do that? I don’t know the pluses of Windows S yet. The minuses are I could not install the version of Corel Draw I already fully own because it did not come from the Microsoft Store. Of course it didn’t - I bought it long ago and have the disk. I would have to remove Windows S in order to install any software not from the Microsoft store, purchase or free. As for the laptop, it is big, screen is 17.3”, so good for my old eyes. It has an optical drive (handy when malware disables all your USB ports because then you can move your stuff to a DVD before you reimage your laptop. This happened to me a few years back). It has 3 USB drives and a keypad. It would be heavy to carry on a plane but I doubt mine will ever leave the desk. A few days out it is still working. I’m making sure to create a new restore point before each piece of software I add. Tried to remove all the bloat ware but can’t get rid of some pieces of some apps. I will update my review if it starts crashing.

Computer is very easy to use. Easy to read screen. Programs on it are understandable and speed is faster than I expected.

I have purchased 4 laptops this year and this one has been the best for it's price point. My kids do their school on it, we use it for MMO's. It was easy to set up and runs very smoothly. I would definitely buy another one exactly like this.

I bought this laptop because it is an updated version of my previous, 8-year-old computer. So far, so good. It suits my needs: photo storage, social media, document creation (to a degree), and streaming. Plus it has DVD capabilities. As an over 65 individual I appreciate this feature.

Delivery was great. This laptop is awesome. Great quality. I love how big the screen is and the key pad is perfect.

Was looking for a new laptop with more RAM to play movies and games. I didn't want to go too expensive and this one is great. Love the large screen, speed and graphics are great. And it's a plus that it has a DVD drive too since I have a ton of DVDs.

This HP computer had all the details I needed. Fast speeds, 1tb of storage, and the best thing having a DVD drive. I download my music then add them to my SD card.

Over all, it's a good reliable computer. It started out being extremely slow, set up took hours for all the update downloads but that could be due to our satelite internet, but as it adjusts to our usage needs, it is getting faster. We have used HP in the past so we are familiar with it. The large 17 inch screen and numeric key pad were a must for our business needs. For its large size it is light weight and much thinner. Very durable. We take it to multiple job sites daily. Yes I would recommend this computer for business use.

I have been a loyal HP user and buyer for over 20 years. My biggest gripes about the laptops are that the memory can no longer be expanded and the battery can no longer be removed. I have noticed some glitching when I am surfing the web, but I think that is more about Chrome than the machine. All-in-all, for the money and the value, it was well worth what I paid. My last HP developed a hard drive issue after 3.5 years of service. Hopefully this one will last as long. I will not buy a laptop without a 17.3" screen.

I love HP laptops, and this one is no exception. Love the larger screen, easy setup, fast and smooth operation, no problems at all.
