When my old laptop died, I knew it was time for a new one. This HP laptop is a dream. Didnt realized it was touch screen included as well. I enjoy the quality, the design, how it works well with projects I do. It's been great so far!

I love my new HP Intel Pentium Silver N5030. It's so much faster than my old HP Pavilion g7, which was 10 years old. It's thinner and lighter. The graphics are so much clearer and I have more memory. It also has a touch screen that I don't use much, I'm still in, don't get it dirty, stage. Since it's only been a week, I'm still trying new things. So far I haven't been disappointed. Since I'm home-bound I am on it almost all day. I really would recommend it to all looking for a new computer.

It does more than I can ever use, it is fast. The only negative thing is the heel of my palm might touch the area in front of the keyboard and will close out my screen

Not bad and very very light! An improvement! I got this on President's Day knowing it would be a great machine. Easy set up and they have really thinned out the weight overall. Pretty decent speed.

Still getting used to it and setting up all my programs. But it's a great screen and much faster than the old one of course.

This was my replacement computer after the new one I purchased didn't work and couldn't be ordered. It did not have touch screen like the one I had but everything else. I enjoy working on the computer and am still learning the ins and outs of it after having it for 1 year. But am very happy with it. Battery life is not so good.

So far, I really like this laptop! Very user-friendly. It does not get hot even after hours of use. The keyboard is great! It is comfortable, has a very soft touch and is very quiet.

Good quality easy to use laptop. Use it for work and is fast enough to keep up with workload.

My 13 year old niece says it works fine but it’s too big lol she loves it though and I didn’t know it was touch screen until she told me so that was a nice surprise

This is a great computer, we love it. Love the size of the screen, which is great for Zoom meetings, when you are sharing the screen for leading/teaching.

Overall it's a nice laptop. There are only two things I don't like. There is not a LED for the number lock button, and to refresh a page you have to hit function+F5 instead of the F5 button which mutes the sound.

easy set up and it works great. very happy with my purchase and would recommend the product to my friends and family looking to get a quality dvd player

Great price...very fast. The sales personel were not knowledgeable and sold me incorrect products but the computer is very good.

The laptop is light although it has a 17" screen. The keys are easy to touch and it came in many colors. I really am enjoying it.

All in all this was a great product. I did however had an issue after setting it up and trying to work with it the screen froze up and screen turned black where I wasn't able to shut it down without forcing it by holding down start button. I feel as though they sent me a refurbished laptop. I had to send it back because of the issue with it freezing up the way it did. I will definitely purchase another in the future.

This is an excellent laptop with a good screen size. We have ordered a couple of these now and they have been great.

My Mother loves it! Got rid of her tower from the 90’s, thinks she has hit the big time with this laptop!
