I have been using this pc for 1 year and 3 months now and I haven’t had any issues with it. The touchscreen quality and processor speed is really good and the size of the screen is large enough. I ordered an another one for my 15 year old niece.

Great computer and love the all wireless and the adjustable monitor, plus the wireless mouse and keyboard. My wife loves everything about the new computer also and it is fast as lightning. The touch screen is also a plus and no more wired mouse which was a pain, everything fit perfectly as you can see in pics.

My daughter uses this for homeschooling and watching her video lessons. It is easy to set-up and it takes so much less space. It is fast.

I wish i could buy a 2nd one (open box at $179)!! I even traveled from Staten Island to Atlantic Ave Best Buy (during rush hour) to pick up my purchase. Well worth the trip. With its regular pricing at $499 the open box was a steal. I was skeptical about the screen being the "tower" (possibility to future upgrade) but with it also being a touch screen it really is a great quality and saves space. Honestly its current configurations (processor, storage, Ram etc.) are actually perfect. There is no need to try and improve anything about it. Great for gaming!! Great for 3D drafting programs!! It has all the features you could possibly want and more.It is truly amazing what this computer can do. Smooth gaming play (no jutting). Settings help find the happy medium between game play and appearance. It's expected when not spending $1k or more for top of the line reality experiences. That was my original plan of action, so glad i didn't waste the extra $900. When you buy something that you didn't have before and now you cannot see living without, thats a great buy! Fingers crossed to find another open-box steal like this one. I want to buy one for all my family and friends.

I bought this desktop for our church and I am glad it is a perfect match. A desktop computer, a keyboard and a mouse are in the box with the electric cable. Keyboard and mouse are through Bluetooth. It is compact, fast and user friendly.

I love my desk top!! I bought this desk top for my business and it has been a game changer for me especially with the touch screen affect !! I use my desk top a lot so it picks up where I left off if I step away! The copilot AI tool helps me get understanding for things I need help with such as buying products I may need but want to compare prices or brands! I feel this was an important buy for me!! I am very satisfied with my purchase

Works great for our purposes. Used often and very smooth processing. No complaints. Don't know the most about computers but it has served our purposes greatly.

Amazing product, I really like the touch screen feature and how smooth it runs when used to complete schoolwork. It’s good enough to also play low-mid end pc games.

Works great. We use it to do music and connections with equipments are working just fine... I was skeptical, looking for comfort and not having a screen and bunch of cables running back and forth from your PC to monitor this is thevonw to use.

I waited patiently for many years, hoping to one day to come back to the world as a PC user. Started browsing a few options during the holidays on BestBuy.com and I was real happy with my final purchase. Thank you Best Buy for the awesome Christmas gift.

I’ve really enjoyed using this product. The size of the screen is a benefit as well as how compact the computer is being it’s an all in one . Definitely will not regret!

Excellent desktop computer. It serves the purpose and is fast. The graphics are very good . The only thing i don't like is that it doesn't have a cd reader, but you can always add up a external one. Love it!
