I invested in this thinking it would be able to last most of my daughter's college career. Within days we realized the battery was draining really fast. Contacted seller, they said industry standard for a refurbished computer is 1 hour of battery life. Seemed really ridiculous to me. Checked with HP, turned off everything that could be draining the battery but nothing made any difference. I bought a new battery and installed it. Same issue, but not quite as bad. got maybe 4hrs out of it. Bought another new battery, same deal. There's just something wrong with this computer. So only 1 semester in, and almost nine hundred dollars later, I now need to buy another laptop.

When I bought this computer, I was looking for a laptop strictly for school. This laptop had the best specs out of all of the other ones that I was looking at. This laptop has exceeded my expectations and has ended up being better than the description of the product. After opening it and setting it up, I realized that IT IS TOUCH SCREEN. After doing some research, this model is touch screen because of the Intel 8th Gen Core i7! I hope that this helps anyone else who is looking to buy this laptop.
