A good computer at its corr but for some reason mines started to crash excessively at the slightly touch or push while trying to use it on a dilt basis so be wary of that.

The laptop is great. Works perfect for what I purchased it for - office programs/internet browsing. I was a little hesitant purchasing a refurbished computer. The computer is great, but unfortunately the charger they sent me has exposed wires. I was surprised at that. Unfortunately, I waited beyond the 15 days to call them, so customer service would no longer help me. I get that a charger isn't that expensive, but I was surprised I didn't get an acceptable one in the first place. I tried to post a photo, but it isn't letting me do that.

Bought this to replace one because screen got broken. I'm HP loyal and this little laptop does not disappoint. The reason for 4 stars is due to it runs extremely hot. That's worrisome for a refurbished product

Very nice Laptop especially for the price. Runs nicely and the only real physical issues are some little dents in the bottom and some of the textured layering is peeling off too but it’s not noticeable.

Late delivery service and the computer is more demaged that I expected

Laptop is great. It did ship with a DOA power supply and I didn't realize this until I'd spent a few hours standing the machine up for an employee with all of our company software. When I reached out to customer service I was advised to return the entire laptop. I just purchased a new $15 power supply from a competitor that offers free next day shipping.... all good now and I didn't waste any time boxing the laptop back up to wait for 2 weeks for a replacement.

The computer overheats, the powercord box melted, the keyboard falls apart, and the screen skips when streaming video. Battery life is also about 3 hrs.

The laptop that was sent to me was great. No scuffs, nor marks, and it had great battery life and performance. One little problem, after getting it all set up, I used System Information and saw that it only had 8 gb of physical memory, not 16 gb. Since I paid for 16 which makes this refurbished laptop about 50 to 60 dollars more, I promptly returned it.

This was an absolutely great machine for my first ever venture away from Apple products. It was way more intuitive than I expected, plenty fast for my purposes and had all the bells and whistles I needed. It sadly met its end in a bath of champagne.

Functional and battery last longer than expected...

Got mine in the mail and it is locked by a 3rd party company called trueblue and could not even get to the start up screen. Greek squad insisted on taking over my screen to look but didnt understand that the computer was locked unless I had an access key from trueblue. Hopefully i can get a computer similar or replacement when I i go to the store in the morning. Overall I i have faith tjat bestbuy will do right by the customer, or at least I hope so since I need it for classes this week

BEWARE - check your computer to make sure you got what was ordered - I just had to return my unit because it only had 8GB of RAM and a i5-7300U (7th gen 2 core)

Exactly as stated! Works perfectly for me! This was for personal use but I wanted it to work with my docking station and it does!

For the most part, it works perfectly fine and fast as well. Can’t beat that price for sure.

Camera was dysfunctional and the power cord did not work. Otherwise, fine. In store return process also is annoying and takes some time.
