I have ordered 8 or 9 refurbished HP Laptops from this same Plan-It-ROI seller. I ended up returning half of them due to missing/broken parts or being incorrectly advertised. This model i just received only has 8GB of RAM and was advertised as having 16GB. Of the others i ordered, one was missing the battery, 1 had a different CPU than advertised, 1 had a broken trackpad. Several had aftermarket charging cords that didn't work. Best Buy was always good about accepting the returns, but it's a hasslr to constantly have to go to the store to return them. I will end up keeping this one and buying more RAM, only because if I return it and order again it is likely to have some other issue. The price is good if you get what you ordered. But the odds that you get what you ordered seem low.

I mainly bought this computer for the 16GB of RAM. And it has only 8GB…… not sure what my next move is gonna be because I need this for schoolwork.

Works great. Love the storage space. The battery doesn’t last as long as I would like.

Ordered 2 of these computers. One was fine. The other I had to send back due to file sharing not turning on and unable to change any settings. Replacement was filled with viruses and had to pay outside source to wipe clean.

We just received this today ans noticed it only has 8 GB instead of 16 as described.

Works very well for what I need this laptop for! Everything working like it is new! I tend to the use laptop for email, cloud storage for files, Microsoft products, internet, etc.

I got this laptop refurbished by Joy Systems and it has been working great so far! It is fast and allows me to multitask, as a college student this is an amazing laptop.

I really enjoy the laptop so far. It's fast, I can do all my photoshop work with no problem.

Amazing for the price and works wonderfully. Although, I wouldn't recommend for anyone who likes more demanding games.
