I love this computer!!!! I love it! It’s been so long since I’ve had a newer laptop I just held on to a very very old model that probably was popular in the early 2000s but my attitude is If it works no need to replace. Man was I shocked to see what all they have now. BLEW MY MIND THEY HAVE TOUCH SCREEN LAPTOPS!! I was shocked it’s like a big phone! IT FLIPS ALL THE WAY BACK TO LOOK LIKE A TABLET!!! and even have the same QWERTY keyboard that pop up like it do in your phone. Speaking of QWERTY even the actual keyboard lights up giving it that née space age feel. Reminds me of my old toshiba satellite. I love it all!!!!! I even bought this pen stylus for it. The response time between the laptop to finger for touch is amazing. It recognizes the same actions as my phone putting your finger to hold and touch to move icons and double touching. It took my a while to get use to it I still am struggling a little bit because it reminds me of my phone it helps with the familiar feel. Their are somethings I don’t like. This is my first HP I’m normally a toshiba or a Leno something brand. That was a hand me down laptop I was using until it didn’t a few weeks ago. I love the computer but getting use to hp apps and software and the way they put things on there sucks. That’s the only frustrating thing about it all. 365 is way too much it’s overwhelming with all that extra junk and the “subscription services” makes me want to vomit!!! It miss the old days you pay for it and u good! Now stuff is yearly and monthly!! Barfff The Microsoft App Store is overwhelming and it’s just tooo much for me. The computer is perfect for me. I just use to for quick internet 10 15 mins and I put it away for the rest of the week lol I really use my phone more The only true reason I got it was cause when I wanted to visit a certain website they no longer let phones navigate it like it use to plus every blue moon I need to type up something and I got tired to library trips to do it and print. This should last me for a very long time. It’s a beautiful machine.

I’ve had this laptop for about 2 years now. I absolutuely loved this laptop, I did so much with it. Used it for school, watched youtube or other streaming services on it, even played games. Ran practically anything. Touch screen worked pretty fine, and the quality was amazing. Only problem happened recently. Was functioning perfectly fine up until two days ago, when the left hinge suddenly broke out. This was so out of nowhere as I do not mistreat it in anyway. This laptop stays on my desk, day and night, 24/7. I promise it does not move from that spot. So for this to have happened is just super odd. Another reviewer about 3 months ago ALSO had the same exact problem. Down to the same left hinge. Honestly, its a GREAT laptop, but this is just so strange. I got this on discount, and honestly I’d still recommend this laptop, but don’t be afraid to shop around.

This is a pretty good laptop for on the go. Perfect for students and creatives. The aluminum chassis gives it a premium look and has the perfect bezel for the amount of ports. I’m glad it still has the USB-A ports for my external hard drives. You can also charge with the thunderbolt port. This 2-n-1 is good for photographers and graphic designers. Just note that the color gamut is average even though the screen is Full HD, so the color won’t be as accurate. You’ll get 64% sRGB, 48% AdobeRGB and 48% DCI-P3 which is not horrible but you can upgrade your screen to 4K and it can bring up accuracy tremendously. With the Intel i7 processor this laptop is FAST. Even with the 8gb I can still multitask different projects on it. All in all it’s a good laptop, it just needs a few improvements.

First impressions very versatile. For students this should hit the spot, I also I tried a couple of games from the windows store (sea of thieves and ages of empires definitive edition) I was able to play both smoothly. My only concern is the storage, so now I'm looking into external drives for the future. Standard envelope in the picture for size comparison.

Purchased a small laptop so it would be easier to handle and take with me when I travel! This HP model does exactly what I need it to do! I bought the-blush color! The only drawback is the keyboard that is also a light blush color! I can’t see the keys unless I have direct light shining on it!

This product is so versatile because I can use it as a tablet or a laptop. The touchscreen is large & and so clear. I'm 100 percent happy with this purchase!

Had this for under 2 years (but conveniently past the warranty period), and the hinge popped out. I only use it about once a week if that. Called HP Support and they want me to pay $440 (on top of the $900 I paid for this thing) to repair the hinge. Save yourself the hassle and do not buy.

Team I bought a new hp laptop today and I could see a defect in the device. There is a minor damage at the left corner of the device which makes the appearance awkward. Would like to get a response on this Attaching the photos and I cannot roam around to return the device since the shop is far from my place

2 months out of warranty the hinge broke and something popped out. Can't get anyone on the phone. You should not have to replace your well treated electronics in barely more than a year. So unhappy and will not purchase this brand again.
Perfect size and form factor for executive use. great monitor and performance.

Superfast even when I'm running editing software. The quality is amazing and I love the size. The only thing I can't stand is how loud the fan is and how warm it gets...you can change the settings depending on when you want the fan to come on based on performance and temperature but then the fan will be low and the device will be hot. Also, I wish the battery would last a little bit longer. Other than that, it's SMOOTH

The best choice I made. When I saw the size, I thought this was the right laptop for me. I just love how it's very convenient in size, compared to the traditional big size ones. I love everything about it. The screen size it's great, they keyboards, the touch screen, and it's folds into a tablet and still useable.

I love this laptop. I previously had an Asus and it had nothing but issues and was slow as heck. I finally decided to spend some real money on a good laptop and fell in love with this HP Envy the moment I saw it. So, I went with my gut. I can do pretty much anything on it, from documents, to photo shop, gaming and watching movies. It connects to the internet easily and is fast and the keys are super quiet and easy to use. The pale gold color and being able to flip in around into a tablet are major bonuses. The only thing I am missing is the 10-key, but I compromised that for the smaller, more compact size for easier travel. I can live without it.

As a photographer, this laptop is fulfilled my wants in a laptop. Here are several highlights for what I was looking for. 1. Form Factor. This 13.3" laptop fits perfectly in my Peak Designs 10L bag. I can have that along with my camera with me at all times. Its on the lighter side so I don't notice it at all. 2. Processing. As a photographer I wanted to have something small and portable that can handle quick transfers and edits. This laptop handles Lightroom like a pro. 3. Display. While I'm sure that there are better displays that have 4k resolutions, the 1080p OLED display on this laptop is stunningly beautiful. It displays colors vividly and is bright enough for me for when I use it outdoors. 4. Battery. Between transferring pictures from my camera, editing in Lightroom, and browsing the internet, the battery lasts me around half the day on one charge. I'm not fretting though because there is typically an outlet somewhere, plus the laptop boasts fast charging so its perfect for getting in a quick charge. Needless to say I haven't had issues with the battery. 5. 2-in-1. I wanted a laptop that could also serve as a tablet. The touchscreen is responsive and works really well. I will admit that holding a big 13.3" screen and feeling the keyboard underneath was a bit odd when compared to your conventional tablet, but that's something you have to get used to when buying a 2-in-1. It took a bit of getting used to and after turning tablet mode on(which wasn't on by default for me), it has made it much easier to get accustomed to.

I went in having picked out the laptop I was going to purchase but it was out of stock. An employee brought this one to my attention because of the large memory and having the touch screen option like the one I wanted. This laptop has exceeded my expectations and I am so glad this is the computer I purchased. The only thing I would say could be better is the battery. It still lasts me 2-3 days in class without being charged but I’d say the 10ish hours on the review is about right.

Purchased this laptop for my sister to use while she is in her doctorate program. She loves the Pale Gold color and wanted to try an HP Envy laptop. It's very compact, easy to carry. The touch screen really helps with note taking and she loved that you can angle the screen to the point where it looks like a tablet. So far there has not been any issues. My first laptop lasted for ten years. So far my second laptop lasted for six. Hopefully this one lasts her for years as well.

Love that it is compact. Very lightweight. Love the touchscreen and live that it folds to use as tablet. Speed is great. No complaints.
