I replaced my old printer and primarily opted for this one because of the price. But it is very user friendly and does a better than adequate job for my purpose.

You can't beat this printer for the cost. Great Product and it's print quality is wonderful. Easy to use and setup. Anyone can install it. Highly recommend.

I wanted a small all in one (no fax) just copy, scan and print. This printer was suggested by the sales assistant. It was easy to set up it is wireless and does NOT take up a lot of space. Perfect machine for my home office.

I needed something small enough to pack up to take places and still not have to worry about quality. I can produce the documents I have on my laptop while at meetings and be able to copy documents from other people.

The pull out paper tray is not as easy as my last printer but overall is a good value for a simple all in one printer. I'm enjoying the wireless feature and also being able to print pictures from my phone directly.

I love how easy this printer works. I like the way it connects to my iPad and my other devices at home. I would recommend this printer to my friends and family for the features it includes.

This printer [ENVY 4500] is a surprising value. It actually does more than I expected and is extremely fast when printing. Every function far surpasses my expectations. Overall I am quite pleased with this purchase.

I like that all settings can be checked and changed directly on the printer by using the display screen. Paper jams are easy to remove.

I love this printer. Comes with full black ink cartridge, scans, copies, uses AirPrint for my iOS devices, and has become my best friend.

This printer will do a lot of things besides print. I is a little slow on receiving the signal but great for the price we paid.

I would tell people about this printer that let you down load pictures from your smart phone,and do it wireless.

It's very good wifi printer and I had it with my hp laptop

It is a lowed priced printer but is excellent in every way. Works very well with wifi without any wired connections. Super easy to set-up, follow directions. Print quality is real good. Lots of different functions. Just two ink containers and easy to install. Small in size and since it is wireless, you can put it anywhere in the house.

I LOVE this printer! I've scanned all my bills in and love the printables HP offers like coupons and crosswords. It's very quiet, compact, and prints both sides without having to manually feed the paper back in. The only thing that bothers me sometimes is that the printer doesn't respond occasionally unless you turn it off and back on. Also, it sometimes stops printing in the middle of a document and then I have to wait a minute or two for it to finish. Overall it's great for the price though!

Lives up to its claims; prints fast, fairly easy to set up, ink cartridge installation is probably the easiest I've come across so far, low profile and not too beefy weight-wise. Overall, it's a good value printer for the price. Docked 1 star because it seems prone to paper jams; could be the printer, could be the paper quality I used (Staples Copy Paper Select), annoying regardless.

I love HP printers! Always seem reliable and great quality. Paper did get jammed after a few times of using it, -- it could've been the paper placement, after I retrieved the jammed paper, it shut itself off, I left it alone for a few days, and then tried turning it back on and it's working fine now-back to normal! It's fast (enough). Great compact size for all its features. Easy to install. Great quality for the price. Awesome double-sided printing. Wireless works well!

I bought this during one of Best Buy's weekly sales, so was very happy with the price which was quite a bit lower than everywhere else I checked. I read reviews on several sites, including Consumer Reports, almost all of which were favorable. I admit, It's been a bit of a struggle to hook up -- I still haven't got the fax working, but I've got the wi-fi enabled and it works great. The scan program is easy to operate. I love the multi-feed feature and I appreciate how easy it is to print double sided pages. The options available through the print dialog box control just about everything. It does not print envelopes in the direction it says to place them and has jammed two of the five times I've done it. I'll have to spend some additional time trying to figure out how to connect the landline to the printer to the modem/router since the two ways I've tried it so far don't work, at least not intuitively. I'll have to google the instruction manual. All in all, I'm very happy with the printer so far and hope that it turns out to be the long-lasting workhorse my last HP printer was.
