it came with windows 11 . That may seem great, but for our business day to day needs, we need windows 10. There was no room for modifications. Its takes longer for our program to accomplish day to day task, but other than that, it works well.

The computer is very nice except I am having problems changing size of test, and the screen brightness. However, Windows HAS you set a "PIN" to get into the system, what happened to just booting into the system, it gave way to Windows and others taking more and more control. I don't like that.

I needed to upgrade my office computer because it was getting old and slow, It would not work with Windows 11. The new computer is much faster but transferring to Windows 11 is not easy and I am having problems with the computer recognizing my old printers. This appears to be more a Windows 11 problem than the HP computer.

works well so far, easy to set up, very fast. Inluuded excellent internal components.

Easy setup. Compact design with plenty of USB ports and media ports. Fast boot up with much storage space for files and games. Wireless mouse and keyboard reduce the wiring and make a clean useful desk area.

HP Envoy desktop computer has been a great computer so far. Fast processor with no lag time when visiting web sites or singing into accounts. Set up was a bit longer.

so far so good as we have only use it for 2 months and I added a new monitor to complete the set-up. responsive and good tech support by the name of Brian King. at Beaumont.

Great replacement for much older Dell Insperion. Easy set-up. Wireless mouse & keyboard nice additions.

I am disappointed that there are so many problems with the Windows 11. Also, having problems with connectivity to wireless printer.

My 12 year-old HP computer was starting to work intermittently. I chose this HP-Envy as a good fit for my needs and hoping it would last as long as my last HP computer. Thus far I am impressed with the computer.

This computer works poorly -- the monitor loses connection to the box at least once a day and the cable must be unplugged and plugged back in. The USB ports on the back don't work. The warranty is meaningless. Endless calls to customer support have been futile. They expect me to mail this back to them for repair.

Computer seems fine-but God awful mouse-so painful with the sharp edges--what on earth were they thinking--will replace as is just miserable

Bought it in January, it blue screened in March and Best Buy apparently does not have a phone or anyone but a computer to talk to. What a pain it the butt.
