A: Thank you for asking. The LaserJet Pro M501dn has one 550-sheet inpout tray, and one 100-sheet utility tray. There is also an option to purchase a second 550-sheet tray that connects under the existing 550-sheet tray.
Q: will this print/copy 11x17 paper?
A: No, the maximum size paper it can handle is 8.5x14 for printing. It doesn't have a scanner, so it can't copy.
Q: Will this work for white toner waterslide decals?
A: I'm not aware of any white toner that's available for this printer. However, it will work with the decals as long as they're designed for use with a laser printer.

Why save ten bucks?
I decided to pay the extra ten bucks to get the HP laser, and I have been so happy I have. It is the cadillac of printer brands and is fast, quiet, so easy to set up a baby could do it (or an older person!) I think it will last beyond my years behind a computer.

Fast, with quality!
Fast printing with great quality. Very easy to setup and use. Not sure about reliability since it hasn't been that long, but so far so good.

HP laser printers are very good, mostly
I purchased this as the lower end HP laser did not meet my needs. I've been using it now for a few months and do like it. So much so that I have ordered the tray 3 option; 1100 pages without refilling, or 2 sizes of papers in unit all the time. I have given it 4 stars because it has suddenly began to beep loudly. It should not make any noise, and didn't for over 2 months, but now it does. If HP helps me, finally, with finding and correcting the issue, I will up this to 5 stars. In the future a better panel, easier to navigate, would be good, but this is being used in a home. This is my third, fourth purchased but the one before this was returned, and I can see nothing to change me to a different brand.
