This printer works great once its set up correctly. It is very complicated to set up. After trying for 2 days to set it up myself. I contacted Best Buy geek squad. They too didn't know how to make it work efficiently. Its a new 2025 HP brand. I called HP customer service dept. They set it up. It took 45 mins. Best Buy need to train their technicians on this machine.

This printer is excellent, great and a must have, if you need a quality, fast and reliable printer. It’s great for small businesses, perfect for personal and family use. Great size, wonderful features and multiple choice of connectivity.

The printer was extremely easy to set up and connect to my computer and my phone. It is somewhat compact and is not as awkward as my old one. It is a great value. Extremely happy with this purchase.

This review is not in direct correlation with the product but I went i went online to bestbuy.com. And I found it open box printer in excellent condition. So I had a couple gift cards. I figured I could use my gift cards and get this printer out of steel. Considering it was about $300. Brand new, so I ordered it had it shipped to my house took a few days, but when it arrived, I was excited until I opened the box, pulled the printer out, and the whole backside was covered in ink. Apparently they forgot to pull the ink cartridges G or a the best thing would have been to just not sit.The printer in there.If it wasn't being set in their upright, flacing down so the whole the bottom of the box and the bag, it arrived in was full of ink, which told me that ink had leaked into all the internal components, so I took it back and got a refund at this point. I'm kind of scared to get anything else open box. Because this is the way they are shipping things I really needed this printer at that time So I was definitely disappointed with how it arrived to me. Best Buy has a Geek Squad. So I would assume somebody would have known not to put the printer in. If it had been used and loaded with ink before, not to load the printer facing vertically 607 with the back of it facing down, it would have been smarter to ship it, sitting straight up and down like it sits on a counter.But just me speaking with common sense.

I upgraded my printer from a previous HP that had stopped working after 5 long years. This new printer is amazing. The picture and quality of the prints and images are superb! The setup was a breeze! I cannot say enough great things about this printer!

This printer is fabulous. The print quality and speed is perfect for personal, family or a very small office. It took a bit of effort to initially set it up to print on a computer - and that was because you need download the HP SmartPrint app - and then agree that future cartridge purchases will be only original HP ones. I also signed up for the subscription service with the lowest usage level. I was sent a set of new cartridges yet have not received paper yet. I am still checking the subscription out and have not fully decided to continue or not only because I am not printing many documents.

met our expectations for a mulitpurpose home office device. set up could be simpler or better explained but was completed in about 30 minutes. operation is smooth and quick. appears to function reliably.

Excellent printer. Easy setup and connection to computer and WiFi. Good packaging and shipping. I don’t like the ink cartridges. Installation of cartridges is spring loaded and they pop out at installation

Best for Quality color printing for office use. I am happy with this purchase and recommend this product. the quality of print and the print speed is what i needed for my real estate business.

This printer is awesome so far! It was super easy to set up and get started with and it functions exactly like it should, which, from my experience, has been a pretty rare occurrence with printers lately. I am very happy with this purchase and may even get another one for my parents who have had a lot of printer problems lately. Well done HP!

i like this printer is stable and very efficient for home use as well office, i like the customer service the guy was very friendly and advised me before decided to get mine for home use easy to set cartridge. "Go get yours today"

This does it all, prints quickly, quietly, legibly and receives and sends faxes reliably. Pretty easy wireless set-up, and their support is prompt if you have trouble. Recommended for home or small office use.

I love HP products! This printer works great and does many jobs such as printing, copying, saving to file as well as many other things. I highly recommend it!

If I could burn it and send it back I would! If I could give it 0 stars I would! Out of all my experiences with HP printers this is the worst and a big inconvenience when you're operating a business! I refuse to believe these are the same products I have been purchasing from HP for 20+ years. Can't print or scan from scanner bed continuously you'll have to start scanning from desktop app after having to constantly reset it. It will randomly stop printing from computer and phone. After a missed day of work being able not to print, it gave an Event Code to reset or contact the person who set the printer up. For the price I paid for this printer, I can't believe HP produced this piece of low budget equipment. Looking for another brand because HP is garbage now and doesn't have good reviews on there products anymore.
