I have had this laptop for 2 months now. Hardly used it thus far. I was about to strart loading very important documents when out of the blue, the screen turns black! Beware Best Buy only gives you a 2 week window to return the item for a new one. Mine has to be shipped to Kentucky for repairs with a 2-4 week turnaround time!
