very fast computer comes with a lot of features
to date I have not had any problems with the performance of the computer--out of the box the set up was straightforward and all the updates loaded as expected. Printer drives and other software I had loaded perfectly. Some minor issues: 1) there seems to be a lot of HP specific software loaded and not sure why the PC store is loaded as I keep getting prompted for purchasing additional software---I was able to install the PC store and I am no longer getting prompted for add ons, 2) inserting peripherals into the USB ports and then trying to remove the device was difficult and not easy---it required a lot of effort to pull out the USB device as if the port wasn't a good fit, 3) when using an HP hub the resolution on the laptop needed to be reset to work with an additional monitor- this caused the size of the screen on the laptop to shrink when I changed the size of the desktop icons, and 4) the memory usage still seems high (>30%), even though the actual number of processes I am running is low. I am still working to optimize my laptop. Overall, I think the laptop is a good value for the price I paid (was on sale at Best Buy) and I expect it to meet my needs for an everyday laptop.

Fast and great laptop for AutoCAD.
It’s very fast and a great laptop for use with AutoCAD. It’s 32 gigs of RAM and intel (R) core (TM) Ultra 7 258V make using AutoCAD on this machine a delightful experience. NO LAG AT ALL when performing the hatch command even on complex geometry. I can perform things on this laptop that would probably cause my work laptop to crash. It’s woth the price in my opinion.

love my HP so far! it has a bigger screen and the number keypad yet still lighter weight and easy to carry! Great price and Quality!
