Customer Ratings & Reviews

Awesome laptop, purchased for school. Fast response, nice display, have ran several tabs at one time, and have not notice any lack in speed. Worth the money, I actually purchased an open box excellent condition for $1,257.00 so it was a terrific purchase, and being an tech member makes it free for my extended warranty for two years ! The battery life is awesome, I can go 2 plus days without charging, depending on what I am doing on it.

A much needed upgrade. I had an idea of what I wanted , since I had good experiences with Hp products. However, the added knowledge and attentiveness to my needs from the sales Rep helped make this a quick decision. Very fast speed, very sturdy build and large enough so I dont need to squint.

I love this laptop. I use it for work everyday and it never lets me down. Decent speed and I can work on several projects without it stalling out.

Picked this up from Best Buy and the in-store pickup option made it super easy. Ordered online and was able to grab it the same day, which is always a big plus when you don’t want to wait on shipping. As for the laptop itself, the HP OmniBook X 17.3” is impressive right out of the box. The screen is large, bright, and very easy on the eyes — perfect if you spend long hours working or watching content. The touchscreen feels smooth and actually makes sense on a display this size. Performance has been excellent. With the Core Ultra 9, 32GB RAM, and 2TB SSD, everything runs fast and smooth. Multitasking, large files, and everyday work feel effortless. The Intel Arc graphics are better than expected too. Battery life has been solid for a laptop this powerful and size. The build feels premium but not bulky, and it’s thinner than you’d expect for a 17-inch laptop. Audio and video calls are another highlight — clear speakers, good camera quality, and the noise reduction actually works. Overall, very happy with both the laptop and the flexibility Best Buy offers with pickup options. If you want a powerful, large-screen laptop and the convenience of grabbing it in-store the same day, this one is a great choice.

Outstanding Performance and Design — Ideal for Work and Productivity I recently purchased the HP OmniBook X Copilot+ PC (17.3" Full HD Touch-Screen, Intel Core Ultra 9, 32GB RAM, 2TB SSD) from Best Buy, and it has exceeded expectations in both performance and usability. My primary needs were ample storage capacity and a large display, and this model delivers exceptionally well on both fronts. The 17.3-inch touchscreen offers crisp, vibrant visuals and excellent responsiveness, making multitasking and content viewing effortless. The 2TB SSD provides generous space for files and software, while the 32GB of memory ensures smooth operation even under heavy workloads. Combined with the Intel Core Ultra 9 processor, the system performs quickly and efficiently across all tasks. The Glacier Silver design gives it a professional, modern look, and the overall build quality feels solid and reliable. The touchscreen feature has proven to be a convenient addition for quick navigation and workflow flexibility. Overall, the HP OmniBook X is a top-tier laptop for users who need performance, capacity, and a large, high-quality display in one well-balanced package. Highly recommended.

I’ve been using the HP OmniBook X for a few weeks now, and it’s easily one of the most impressive laptops I’ve owned. The Intel Core Ultra 9 processor paired with 32GB of memory makes multitasking effortless—even with demanding applications like video editing, large spreadsheets, and browser tabs galore. The 2TB SSD is a dream for anyone who needs serious storage without compromising speed. The 17.3" Full HD touch screen is vibrant and responsive, though I’d rate the display as “Good” rather than “Excellent”—colors are solid, but not as rich as some premium panels. Battery life has been stellar, easily lasting a full workday with moderate use. And the sleek Glacier Silver finish gives it a premium, modern look that stands out without being flashy. Overall, this laptop is a powerhouse for professionals, students, and creators alike. I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for speed, storage, and reliability in one package.

I’m extremely happy with my HP laptop from Best Buy. Right out of the box, it was easy to set up and has been running fast and smoothly ever since. The performance is solid—apps open quickly, multitasking is seamless, and it handles everything I need it for without any lag. The build quality feels sturdy and well-made, and the screen is clear and crisp, which makes a big difference for both work and everyday use. Battery life has also been impressive, easily lasting me through long stretches without needing to constantly recharge. Best Buy made the whole experience even better. The purchasing process was smooth, and the staff was knowledgeable and helpful in making sure I picked the right laptop for my needs. Overall, this HP laptop offers great value, reliability, and performance. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a dependable computer for work, school, or personal use

Like the long battery life, 17" touch screen, and full-size keyboard. Haven't had the chance to "exercise" the high-end Intel Ultra core 9 processor yet. The 2 Tb SSD is great along with the 32Gb memory. Miss not having a CD drive to access saved photos and home videos- I guess that's progress?

So far, so good. Haven't had it long enough to really get into what the laptop is capable of, but compared to my old one it's light speed. It has plenty of processing power for my needs and has run every app I've used very efficiently. Might be a bit heavy for some due to it's size, but I don't carry it around every day so that doesn't matter much to me.

The Omni Book X with all the essential and intel core Ultra 9 is the best. This computer does it all. From editing photos, gaming and extended 32GB and 2TB storage. The screen is clear with a 17-inch screen with HD. I would recommend this computer for all performance purposes.

Can get this if u want Fast + smooth + Ai and new features that makes you feel happier each time u use it !!and the big screen is my fav point but its heavy due to its size but is perfect!!!!

Speed and screen resolution are excellent. Plenty of storage. Battery life seems good but only just got the computer.

I really like this laptop. It has great storage and processing speed. It has a large screen. It is perfect for my needs.

It's got a big nice screen, a good amount of heft to it, and runs smooth. This is a big comfort to have for working on any project. It performs well on graphic design programs, as well as plenty others. I do really like the backlight on the keyboard; it has customizable brightness AND duration, all controlled by one key. Also gotta love the numpad.

It's worked very well after a few weeks. The performance, storage and number of USB ports have been outstanding. I've had HPs before with excellent results. I use this laptop to run diagnostic software for large equipment and it handles everything very well.

I have been looking for a 17" screen, at least 32G RAM, at least 1TB memory, Intel 9 or Ryzen 9 for an acceptable price to upgrade from my old MSI 17" Windows 10 laptop. I finally bought this one and so far I am very happy with it. It is lighter than I expected for a 17" which was also important for me.

This laptop is totally awesome. It’s everything that I would expect in an HP product. It has the speed in which I need plus it has 2 TB of RAM/memory. I need a computer such as this For, my photography software with the graphics in the computer and the speed. I am very extremely happy with this product.

Good item works great is fast and clear screen and good

This laptop was loaded with 32GB RAM and a 2 TB SSD all powered by the Intel Core Ultra 9 288V 2024 with integrated Intel ARC GPU (16GB) and on sale for a great price. My first PC with Windows 11 and still learning and loading software.

Stunning touch screen display and graphics. Easy to manipulate, backlit keyboard, and definitely packs the processing power to handle intensive graphics work. A+ product, well done HP and Best Buy!
