Q: can i burn cds on this desktop
A: No. It does not have a CD drive. You could add an external drive via USB.
Q: What expansion is available internally?
A: Literally nothing. One of the 2 M.2 ports is used by the Wifi / Bluetooth module. There are no drive bays and no spare power supply connections.
Q: Why does the reviewer feel this is for "office use only"?
A: No. This is fine for a small business or consumer. I am using it at home. Having DisplayPort and HDMI makes it convenient for home or small office.
Q: Does this system come with Windows 11 installed?
A: Yes, mine has Windows 11 Home installed. Windows 11 can be upgraded via software and about $99 to Pro if needed.
Q: Can an additional hard drive be installed? If so SSD or HDD?
A: SSD and HDD drives can be added externally via USB. I have not opened the case yet to check on the expandability internally.

New OMNIDESK COMPUTER with Windows 11.
First, my new computer was delivered from Best Buy sooner than expected, and the delivery was process was completed with the utmost care, safety and professional manner. The computer was easy to install and I had no problem transferring my current items to the new computer. It is faster than my old computer, and so far I have had no problems, I am a fan of HP. I have adapted well to Windows 11.

What I wanted at a great price
I needed an upgrade from my old computer so took advantage of Black Friday sales to purchase this desktop. It's got everything I was looking for and a lot more. I'll have a slight learning curve to get familiar with Windows 11 but the computers I purchase from Best Buy are always reliable. I want to give 5 stars to D'Angelo who helped with my purchase and answered my questions cheerfully. He even recommended a monitor which cost less than the one I had first thought of getting. He's a good representative for Best Buy.
