The computer is was very easy to set up. To my pleasant surprise… it came with a keyboard and mouse! (I got to return the ones I bought because I didn’t know it included them). The computer is very light, and it looks very nice. It is SUPER fast and very powerful. It is replacing a 12 year old Apple I had previously been using. You can’t go wrong with HP and Best Buy had it at a great price. At the register the employee said he learned of an additional discount on it and of course this was very welcomed by me. I’m using this for music production and I can tell the programs I use are working optimally because of the power under this computer’s hood. Highly recommended!!

First, my new computer was delivered from Best Buy sooner than expected, and the delivery was process was completed with the utmost care, safety and professional manner. The computer was easy to install and I had no problem transferring my current items to the new computer. It is faster than my old computer, and so far I have had no problems, I am a fan of HP. I have adapted well to Windows 11.

I needed an upgrade from my old computer so took advantage of Black Friday sales to purchase this desktop. It's got everything I was looking for and a lot more. I'll have a slight learning curve to get familiar with Windows 11 but the computers I purchase from Best Buy are always reliable. I want to give 5 stars to D'Angelo who helped with my purchase and answered my questions cheerfully. He even recommended a monitor which cost less than the one I had first thought of getting. He's a good representative for Best Buy.

Good for office use, no upgrading space. Limitation on the power supply

This has been a very nice computer so far. Easy to setup without any issues. It boots up fast and super fast with my 1 GB internet.

The computer works well. It was simple and quick to set up. The woodgrain look gives it a more sophisticated look.

took two days to set up, what with all the necessary downloads and updates. Once done, the computer works flawlessly and is very fast. it connected to my home network with no difficulty.

Great but seems to have a problem coming out of sleep mode.
