Just what I needed, I'm a huge fan of open box, never had an issue

This is the first desktop I have ever had. I've had many laptops, but never a desktop, so I was nervous that I would buy something that wasn't right for me. I have always been a fan of HP and their products and this Pavillion only confirms why. It was so easy to set up and works like a dream. It is a great size for my small home office space and virtually soundless. When I power it up I am working and checking emails less than two minutes later. I highly recommend this computer to everyone, especially to first-time buyers. The whole experience of purchasing an entire desktop computer setup was made so easy at Best Buy. I was helped by an associate named Tim who completely listened to what I needed and wanted in a computer and nailed it. He even respected my budget and kept within it without hassling with continued upselling as I expected. I truly had such a great experience there that I will only go there for my electronics from now on. Thanks to everyone who helped me, and thanks to HP for never disappointing me.

We bought this to replace an old lower end Dell PC. It is for an office setting with its main use being Outlook, Web Browsing and our in house invoicing software. It is way quicker than the PC it replaced thanks to the newer hardware and SSD. Very fast setup and quickly starts up every time. It isn't meant for demanding programs like Photoshop or gaming... But when using it for what it was intended for it is great!

This pc is VERY fast but NOT a gaming pc. For a person who does not play high end games, you will absolutely love how fast this pc is. Also, it is nearly dead silent. There is only on fan for exhaust but, when running a cpu and graphics benchmark test, it stays extremely cool. Basically not even getting past 62 C. You do not even need to install more case fans. If you reset it, it will be back to the operating system in about 15 seconds. Also, you can immediately start doing work, as it finishes booting up. At idle, the cpu using is only about 3%. The power supply only being 180 watts and having no power connector for a video card.

Great desktop for everyday use. Setup was easy and has good performance. Love the fact that its quiet when being used.

Very Quiet and good tower for everyday basic. No dvd drive just the spot where you can put one . Plus I'm not a fan of windows 10. I believe the program is glitchy not the PC. The price was reasonable and easy to set up.

I love my new desktop computer its fast start up, fast speed, and even handles my Sims games which is one reason why I went with this computer. I gave 4 stars because the only thing I have discovered after the purchase is that there is No Disk Drive which is very disappointing. If it did come with the disc drive I would of given it 5 stars because it handles what I need to do (School for both me and my child, typical internet, email and gaming.)

I got this computer a while ago and I am happy I got it because it works pretty good. I didn't have any problems with it. I would recommended for businesses or home use.

Easy start up and set up. Very fast and simple to understand and use. If ever need another I would choose one like this.

The service could be a bit more better due to the Long wait just for one item, Would need to improve that. But other then that the product is So far this product is very smooth and sweet. Only thing would be better if it had cd rum to play DVD, I'm still old school an would love to see more movies. Not Heavy on Electronics, But my Son and my other Children loves it , Thank you very much for your service

Just what I needed for a new desktop computer. Great speed. Lots of USB ports. Very dependable.

This tower replaced an older Dell tower that was close to 10 years old and was starting to slow down opening, etc. This tower is super fast when it turns on. The only downside to this tower is that it doesn't have a CD sleeve, so I'm unable to download any instruction CD I have and will have to go online to do that. So far it's been great with the new printer.

I'm very happy with my computer, from the speed to the installation.

It is a good tower so far. A lot faster than my laptop. I am still in school, so I only use it for that purpose and the occasional youtube video. My only issue was that it did not have a DVD drive. Not a deal-breaker; I just ordered an external DVD drive and will keep on enjoying my computer.

After carefully nursing my old Windows XP desktop computer, I could finally wait no longer and splurged for a new one. Since I'm 71 yrs old, not very computer savey and haven't bought a new one in over 12 years, I was thankful for Best Buy employees who were very helpful in directing me to the most reliable but affordable option. I'm still getting used to it but am amazed at its speed and workable functions I'd gotten so used to not having anymore. Looking forward to having this for many years to come.

This computer was used to replace a 10 year old windows machine for a small business for my father. We love how quick the machine is and it is way more than expected. If you need a no frills, easy to set up, fast and basic desktop, don’t hesitate. This will do the job and more.
