i was surprised by this little machine because yeah the spec's look good but there were no reviews for these higher models, first i love the size very reasonable compact size for a gaming machine it runs every game very good the 3060 looks great and is the best card to overclock if needed i didnt because it ran every game i tried pretty easy New World,ESO,Avengers,etc. with great frame rates the temps were a little high but its a compact box with little ventelation the GPU at times were 80-82 when high the CPU 67-70 a little hot but nothing too bad however yes the 400w is not really an issue but a little more power would have been very good, the design of the outer system is ok not bad looking but looks a bit from the year 2000 2001 the inside of the system looks like its from 1990 but it runs well out of the box dont really need to tinker but if you replace the fans which you probably should it would be much better, the boot up time is not too fasr or slow its pretty ok the processer is fast the software is regular HP nothing special a good amount of bloatware though which i didnt care for the keyboard & mouse are as basic as it gets but the system itself is pretty good especially for the price i would recommend for sure but just know its not very upgradable you can add ram & storage easily yes but not a case swap so thats something someone might need to know but besides the fans its well build should last and again for the price its a winner, i was planning on returning it because i really want someting a little higher end but now im on the fence because like i said its surprising good

Well it’s actually awesome computer because components that bring for the price, but doesn’t have to much upgrade option case is compact so the air flow is not that efficient you can upgrade the fans. I try to run a couple of task and it was running hot for my style around 80 to 90 degrees and on a 1080p monitor probably will be hotter in a 1440p or 4K, looks are 90s and there no room for upgrade in that area you’ll be stuck with the same look and it will be difficult to case swap due to proprietary. If you just want to rip the components and make another pc go for it! On the return service of Best Buy I’ll give 5/5 I am a happy customer that will gladly buy more from them whe I was to return this pc employee was not able to make a return because on the system says it was not returnable or expire for return but on my app it was still returnable until 28th, had to call the manager Theresa Best Buy North Dartmouth she was very polite and she understood the situation and was very friendly to speak, was able to return it and I am extremely happy will keep buying from Best Buy.

Really good PC still going 2 years string just has heating issues but easy fix with cleaner and thermal paste great for the price

This computer is amazing for the price, and has never failed me in any of my activities online

This is a hunk of metal trash. Amd makes garbage cpus, the dam thing won’t even work with amd downloads of their drivers. Garbage stay away
