Great screen performance vivid colors, fast processing, light weight, fun to use like a tablet, fairly good battery life. So so camera for apps like zoom, B&G speakers are satisfying.

I bought the gold one because It was $150 cheaper than the silver. I hate gold color things but I'm in college and cheaper wins. I got this computer and it is NOT gold. If it is gold it's the most god-awful gold ever. However, it's more like a metallic brown. it's gorgeous and I LOVE it. Very masculine looking. I think they'd have sold more by calling it a gorgeous brown. But, I got this for my grad program. It's perfect. I really just need it for the basics: Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft 360. I watched Sling tv on it and it's perfect. The picture quality is pretty brilliant. It's everything I need.

Had for a month so far. Like it alot. I thought Id miss the 15" screen but I prefer this size much better - not as big & bulky & I needed to stick to my budget. Had to have the touch screen & lit keyboard. Easy setup. Great graphics. Did notice gets quite warm while charging.

I bought this laptop two years ago from Best Buy and I absolutely loved it. It ran well the screen was great the keyboard was a great size. When I had to get a replacement charger Best Buy did not sell a compatible one so I found one on Amazon that stated it was compatible but within a few days it stopped charging my laptop and then the charging light only stayed white and I couldn’t turn my computer on. I had the geek squad check it and they confirmed that the insides were fried. I really thought I would have this laptop for a few more years but I can’t afford a new one now and I’m bummed about that

I was in search for a laptop for college and purchased this one. When I first got it delivered it had an issue with the built in ac and would overheat. I got it replaced and this one works very well.

Love the computer but unfortunately I accidentally dropped it and damaged the screen. It still works but I tried to take it back but I never purchased the warranty so I am hoping it will last

Lite and Strong design. Powerful and latest CPU with expandable RAM gives more advancement in speed and performance. Best in class with in price catagory. Display quality is better in LED.

Purchased this refurbished march 29, first day I charged it. Set up and it froze, if I lay laptop a little sideways when laying down… the touchpad doesn’t work, only the touchscreen does, April 4th this is my 4 day using it… and it froze again. Refunding

The size is perfect, not too heavy. Love the touch screen however it did crack after some wear and tear and moving around. Speed seems good and easy to use. Clear screen image

2-in-1 Flexibility: The 360° hinge makes it super versatile — switch between laptop, tablet, tent, and stand modes easily. Great for both work and streaming. Performance: The Intel Core i5 (likely 11th or 12th Gen depending on the model year) offers snappy performance for everyday tasks like browsing, Zoom meetings, and light multitasking. Storage + Speed: With a fast 512GB SSD and 32GB of Intel Optane memory, apps and boot times are noticeably quick. You’ll feel the boost in responsiveness. Touchscreen: The full HD touchscreen is vibrant and responsive. Perfect for note-taking, drawing (with stylus support), or scrolling through social media. Design: The Warm Gold color gives it a sleek, premium feel. It stands out in a crowd without being flashy. Cons: 8GB RAM: It's good for most users, but might feel limited for heavy multitaskers or creative work (e.g., video editing or large Photoshop projects). Battery Life: Expect around 6–8 hours under normal use — decent, but not class-leading. Reflective Screen: The glossy touchscreen can reflect light, which can be distracting in bright environments. Build Material: While it looks elegant, the chassis is mostly plastic. It’s lightweight but may not feel as premium as higher-end ultrabooks. Best For: Students Casual users Light productivity and entertainment Those who want tablet/laptop flexibility Not Ideal For: Gamers Video editors or heavy-duty content creators Users needing more than 8GB RAM or a dedicated GPU

It wasn't the most powerful, or the greatest capacity, or the most light-weight, or the least expensive - but it did well in all those categories, and it meets my needs. It's the Goldilocks laptop. My one complaint is that it gets very hot. I looked this up and found that others have the same experience. Someone said it's just the way they work, and the materials are impervious to this amount of heat - the heat won't damage the hard drive. I got an inexpensive chill mat, and that seems to have taken care of the problem. Now it's just warm.

I am a 35 year old student at the Teacher's College in Western Governor's University. I bought this laptop after a lot of research and because it meets the guidelines I need for WGU. I love that the laptop is fast. It takes almost no time to turn on and login. The webpages load fast and uploads are quick too. However, the fingerprint reader isn't always able to get a good read. It usually takes about three times before an accurate read, but sometimes I have to type in my pin. Honestly though, I don't really care about that. The touch screen is the right amount of sensitivity. It isn't so sensitive that it reads an almost touch like some touch screens I have used. The battery life is amazing. I can do school from 8:30 am until 4:30 pm without needing to charge, 8 hours. The speakers are clear, the Mic is good. Overall, I do recommend this laptop. It probably wouldn't do great for gamers, but for the rest of us, it is awesome.
