Took a shot on a refurbished machine. Great price and like new condition. Specs were a little unclear as to wifi/bt but a usb dongle cured that. Size and speed are amazing. Only been a few days but I am already buying another one.

Purchased on best buy but it comes from a third party company named Joy Systems. There prices are very reasonable and the product comes quick. You get a wired mouse and keyboard and a Free upgrade to windows 11 but you do have to do it yourself. I have only had it a few days but so far its working great. Only issue i thought it came with wifi but couldn't find anywhere in settings that it does so had to use enthernet cable but made it work.

It was upgrade season at the hive an everyone was filled with dread. So with not much in my pockets. I searched the internet for the deal I would need. Thinking, perhaps we could upgrade 1 worker bee PC a month at the prices I finding elsewhere. TO MY JOY I stumbled across this PC and just knew it was the one for me. It checked all the boxes. So to keep peace in the hive, I bought FIVE. Compete network upgraded for the price of a single PC on other sites, THANX :)

The computer is great so far, no complaints. 3 things were not clear to me when I purchased: 1) Best buy has a small warranty, but the shop that actually does the refurbish work for Microsoft has a 1 year warranty. 2) the computer does not connect to wifi by default. Seems like many people know this about desktops, but it was not clear to me. You need a $30-$80 wifi adapter. 3) the images show that there is no vga port, only a display port for the monitor. Mine came with a vga port. If you can get past the misinformation around required accessories (or read my review to know!) then this is a great purchase.

I've used the slim desktop PC at work. I love that it does the same as the tower but utilize less space. I have a refurbished PC and so far I have not had any issues. I purchased the GeekSquad package and allowed them to do the initial setup to ensure I did not have any issues. So far no issues. I would purchase the slim desktop PC again for home use.

I purchased a refurbished computer from Joy Systems. I was hesitant to purchase a refurbished computer, but my sons talked me into it, and I liked the price. I am loving it as it works like a charm. So glad that I did it I would highly recommend Joy Systems.

This is a solid machine for everyday work. I have done programming and some graphics without any problems. This could be a good work station for an office or warehouse environment.

I didnt need this for anything other that a media server. I needed something powerful but cheap in a small FF. It was easy to install and it came with a keyboard and mouse. It works great and doesnt make much noise like my older tower and doesnt get hot at all. Good powerhouse for serving.

Very compact. The item did not come with drivers to set up the WiFi. Finally took it to Geek Squad and they had an Ethernet connection and were able to download the drivers. Who sells a computer without WiFi compatibility? Other than that, it seems to be a good mini desktop computer.

Great system. Fast, quiet, does what I need it to do. Refurbished was a great decision.

I bought this product at the end of October. I had never bought a refurbished product before, but the price was a major factor for what I was getting for me not to try. I did have one small but I sent it back and had it back really quick and it's working flawlessly. I would definitely buy this from best buy again if I was looking for another computer.

Great for the price. I needed a PC to run programs at home. This was a great find and worked out great.

Got this little NUC for my home lab. Thing is a beast. Very quiet and had no issues bringing online. For the price this was a great deal.

Item is packed very well, almost as if it were brand new. It includes an off-brand keyboard and mouse and power adapter. The only issue I had is that I purchased the system with Windows 11 Pro but the system came with Windows 10 Pro installed and a sticker on the box saying "free windows 11 upgrade" so be prepared to upgrade to Windows 11 yourself. Other than that, no issues. Computer works great. Joy Systems is the third party providing the refurbished systems for Best Buy. They have great customer service and are very responsive if you have a problem.

I encountered a problem where the headphone jack and Audio-out (headphone)/Audio-in (microphone) combo jack outputs were not functioning correctly when trying to connect an external speaker. I discovered that the only solution was to send the PC back to Joy Systems, despite trying various troubleshooting steps such as updating drivers and checking connections which was very disappointing and inconvenient. Also, according to the specifications, it has a USB Type-C 3.1 Gen 2 Port with Fast Charging, but it works like a regular Gen 1 Port, offering slower data transfer speeds and no fast-charging capability.

Works as described. Great deal! Happy with my purchase!

It does not have HDMI set up AND would not connect to wifi. I specifically asked if it would, was told it would. I contacted geek squad who told me to return it.
