This unit is quick and quiet but before I could get it going Microsoft had to parade all of its 'special' aps and VPN stuff. Then MS got ticked off becuase I didn't buy anything and I decided to stick with Google Chrome. MS Sucks!

Bought this tower for a new desktop setup and it works great. Setting it up was very easy and it arrived very quickly with basic free shipping. I didn't want to spend big bucks on a tower that was just being used for simple daily tasks and I browsed the Best Buy refurbished site and they had many options depending on what you're wanting/needing, Great price and quality all in all. 10/10 would reccomend!

I recently purchased a refurbished HP 800 G3 desktop from JoyLabs, and I couldn't be happier with the performance and overall value. As someone who works in IT desktop support, I rely heavily on reliable and efficient hardware, and this machine has exceeded my expectations.

I love these sort of retro business class mini computers that sit directly on top of a desk and can put a monitor on top of it, or my morning coffee xD. The i7 processor is still plenty powerful and 500Gb SSD is quiet. It has lots of USB ports, and HP has nice support software's that can be installed to keep things running well or analyzed. Overall very happy and this is being used by my teenage daughter in her room for some school and light gaming.

Great Little desktop computer easy to set up requires little space

After stumbling around trying to buy a refurbished desktop, I finally chose to deal with Best Buy and Joy Systems. I received a great looking refurbished HP 800 G3-SFF Desktop. I was immediately impressed with the shipping wrappings as the desktop and accessories look like brand new items. The startup of the desktop was as easy as I have ever experienced. The desktop performs faster than I had expected. I highly recommend Best Buy and Joy Systems.

I plugged this unit in and because it has a SSD, it fired up and loaded the setup very quick. The one thing I haven't figured out yet was how to connect this unit wirelessly to my network. It hasn't been fully tweaked yet but when I fully load the apps and other hardware (printers, speakers) I will write another review.

I thought since my other computer was at least 3 years old i was getting not just a newer one but a faster one. Not what i got. It's slower and if i put it to sleep i usually have to restart it to get it to connect to the internet. I have ethernet connection that it says is bad when i troubleshoot it. I am considering returning it because i have a problem with calling joy systems because of their minimal hours. I am really disappointed with this purchase. The cd/dvd drive seems real cheap to me but i don't use it often so it's not really a problem.

Awesome refurbished product by JoySystems! Packaging was seamless and everything was bundled together nicely. The product itself even came with labels marking when it was inspected and who performed the inspection. JoySystems definitely takes the worry out of ordering refurbished products. Highly recommend!

I was a bit apprehensive about getting another refurbished computer. I had just purchased one somewhere else and it was a piece of garbage. I've always had good luck with my best buy purchases so I thought I would try one more time and I'm glad I did. This computer works just as good as a brand new one and has everything on it I need.
